The employees are nice, and friendly, but... I had an online pickup I waited 17 min for when the parking lot was empty when I got there, after I entered my pick up spot# more customers arrived at the window, as long as of duration they spoke on the speaker it was obvious these were window orders and not window orders, only 1 out of 5 vehicles that went through the window to order was fast enough it could have been a pickup. After the 6th vehicle had gone by I went in to cancel my order, but there was noone at the register and noone ever came to the front for me to talk to, while I was waiting I seen my order on the counter just no drinks, so I went back to my car thinking it would be right out, it was not it took about 5 more minutes. After waiting a while we started watching the clock and it took 17 minutes for us to get our food from when we started watching the clock till when we got our food. It happens, what should not happen and did, is all the food was lukewarm if not could, everything was soggy and mushy, most the food went in the trash and the kids ended up eating few of their French fries a couple nuggets and one of the 4 sandwiches, two sandwiches were supposed to be plain, they were not. I won't be doing online orders at this location again, it was a huge waste of money. I was visiting family and was trying to get the kids dinner because after dropping them off at the house I had to rush to Walmart before they closed. I found out when I got back over an hour later noone eat their food, found out from the oldest that the food was all cold, i knew about the fries because thats what I gave them to eat till we got to the house. Cold fries is common at this store, they are always soggy and my guess old. But usually the rest of the food is at least hot as if they could be fresh. One of the kids eat half of their cold sandwich, one wouldn't eat at all, went to bed without dinner and our 6yr old who was still wake but in bed, found some chips to feed her so she wouldn't go to bed hungry. I should have checked the food, thats on me, but the rest is on McDonald's. I will be calling it in later today to the customer help option on the map, but since i had to search the store number because it's not on the receipt, I figured I'd leave a review...
Read moreI am a Dasher, I’ve been dashing in Fond Du Lac for a while now. This was 2nd order at the specific McDonald’s today. I came through the drive thru as normal and received the order. After dropping it off to the customer, they complained that they were given only drinks. It became known that a McDonald’s bag was missing. As a Door Dash employee, all I can do is contact the store & Dash Support to fix the issue. I stayed in contact with the customer to help get the issue resolved. After contacting McDonald’s I had THE WORST conversation with the Manager Katrina. I called the store to be sure that the “missing” bag wasn’t given to anyone else, she confirmed that it was still indeed at the store. Katrina went on about how I would need to come back to get it since I left it at the store, also if I didn’t comply with her then she would look my name up and restrict me from Dashing with that McDonald’s. It was an issue to me because she didn’t let me speak or get one single word out, she was in fact very rude. Knowing it was her McDonald’s employee who inconvenienced ME & The door dash Customer, she not once apologized but kept repeating how I left the bag. I have been to this location hundreds of time for door dash orders & It was never my fault if an employee did not hand me the correct amount of bags. Read moreA woman made racist comments about a customer. Not myself, but it doesn't matter. Racism and discrimination towards anyone in my vicinity is not going unnoticed OR ignored. I'm waiting about 15 minutes at the very least for a McChicken. Already annoyed as I ordered well ahead and still waited a long time for one item. I decided to brush it off as I know restaurants get busy and orders get lost sometimes. However I used a other deal to get another item off the mobile app since I waited long enough to do so (because you can only use rewards/deals once every 15 minutes or more.) I'm near the counter when I hear a girl talking about a customer who made a complaint, but drove off before she could get her manager. She mentioned that he had just driven off, and that "he was a black guy, anyways". My head popped over the counter and I gave her the most disgusted look. She looked embarrassed and covered her mouth as she giggled, apologizing (as she's still laughing) that she should not have said that. Clearly, as anyone with a brain should, she knew what she did was wrong. Shame on whomever she spends so much time with that made her think this mindset or language...
