I recently had the pleasure of shopping at WG&R Furniture on Rolling Meadows Drive in Fond du Lac, and I must say that my experience was exceptional, thanks to Lori. From the moment I walked into the store and explained that I was a side sleeper, Lori's expertise and customer service were evident.
Lori's knowledge of the various types of beds was truly impressive. She didn't immediately steer me towards the most expensive options, but instead took the time to listen to my specific concerns and preferences. This personalized approach made me feel valued as a customer and assured me that I was in good hands.
We proceeded to test out four different beds, and Lori patiently guided me through each one, providing valuable insights along the way. What truly stood out was Lori's attention to detail and her commitment to ensuring that I made an informed decision. She went above and beyond by thoroughly explaining every aspect of the warranty and the terms and conditions of the entire transaction. Thanks to her thoroughness, I didn't have a single question left unanswered.
One of the aspects that I found particularly commendable about WG&R Furniture is that their employees are also owners of the company through their ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan). This speaks volumes about the company's commitment to its staff and their dedication to providing exceptional service.
Thanks to Lori's expertise, professionalism, and the overall positive experience I had at WG&R Furniture, I can wholeheartedly recommend shopping there. I am grateful for Lori's assistance and look forward to returning for more of my furniture needs in the future. It's rare to find such a dedicated and knowledgeable salesperson, and Lori truly made my shopping experience enjoyable. Thank you, Lori and WG&R...
Read moreWhat a great day! I needed desperately a very good bed. Apparently mine wasnât any good anymore. I went in WGR Sleep shop on 615 Rolling Meadows Dr. Fond du Lac, Wi. Very early⌠830 AM, in my clean jamies, carrying a blanket. so I was ready⌠I met Sales Associate Lori VanNatta.. we found instant common ground with great communication. We sat on a bed and discussed my needs, price points and expectations. She really listened! It has been 10 years(at least) since my last purchase⌠people, prices are UPWARDS⌠My price point just reached a good mattress. She started me there. And I have to say, mattress wasnât bad at all. Very comfortable. She sat quietly and comfortably while I laid down, closed my eyes. Never hurried me. Then put my feet up slightly and asked if I became more comfortable. Then head up slightly even more comfortable I became. All the bases of the beds move now! She slowly introduced me to the base as I was resting. After a while I said if this is the good bed, just for giggles, lets do the better bed. Off we went on another brand to the next and with her patients and time we kept going. No pushing, no rushing 3 hours later, decision made WellâŚ. I ended up buying a base and a middle bed, my back didnât like the best bed, wouldnât settle in.3 times more than original expected price(prices really skyrocketed). I am very, very happy at my purchase and know that I can trust her if there is a bed, mattress problem. Canât wait to have delivered! And old one gone! Mrs. Lori VanNatta took care of everything. I believe I not only made an excellent purchase but a new friend! Mrs Lori, if you get to read this Thank you so much for your time, patience and knowledge and actual help with my purchase. Thank you so much.. Happy...
Read moreHorrible prices for cheaply made beds. I was searching for a nice bed, but all I saw was cheap particle board with laminate for high end retail prices. I would recommend buying at a discount store 1st a lot lower in prices and should your bed split or crack or just fall apart at least your not losing out on alot of money. 2nd thing that bothered me was why cant I just walk into a store look at their products make a well thought decision on a purchase before getting someone to buy it the moment I walked in the door it they were on me. 3rd issue I had dont ask how much money I am willing to spend it's so tacky and for me as a customer obviously stepping into a furniture store I know what I'm looking for the price in willing to spend and the prices you clearly mark is helpful I dont someone e to ask how much money I am willing to spend why does it matter and you shouldnt push the whole well I wouldnt wait to long they may not ne here in a couple weeks line haha the beds you showed were showcasee for a long time obviously not going anywhere.
Whoever runs WG&R everywhere you need to drop the commissions thing the whole car salesman gig sucks and is annoying to customers, new training for all associates on edicate and mannerisms when speaking with customers or future potential buyers, give the customers time to look, feel out the product, and enjoy the experience if they start to leave then maybe approach them to be sure they sound what they were looking for or if you could assist on helping with any concerns like prices, finding different options if not...
