Del Taco — Restaurant in Fontana

Bad bad bad. The whole experience every time I come here is awful.

Let me start with the staff. One in particular. "Lizabeth." Constantly messing around rather than doing her job. Every time I've gone and she is there she is rude, doesn't listen, and is always playing around with her coworkers in the back and coming out laughing. She simply tells you to pull forward without putting your order in, and very consistently gets the order wrong because of it. She also does not tell you the total, she simply stares at you once you get to the window, waiting for you to read her mind and give her the correct amount.

Now the food. The food is terrible. I'd say 9/10 times me and my girlfriend go here, it's cold. Whether we go when it's busy, or when there is no one there, it's literally almost always cold. Let's not forget how often I find a hair in my food.

Finally, let's talk about the dining area. The place is ALWAYS dirty. It's almost like they never even look out to see if there is any clean tables, and I usually get it to go cause there is never anywhere even close to clean to sit.

This last time me and my girlfriend went, we got cold food. Again. Lizabeth was rude, charged me for the wrong items, but assured me they were cheaper. We were finally fed up with getting cold food and the horrible service and decided to return to get a refund.

As we pulled up I noticed the items she charged me for because she was too busy messing around were in fact more expensive. I spoke to one of the managers about getting a refund, he told me that he wouldn't do a refund.

All in all this location has probably been the absolute worst place I've ever dined, pretty much every time. I definitely won't be coming back here again after so many horrible experiences. This place seriously needs new employees who know how to actually pay even a little attention to their work, as well as new management who actually cares enough to get these...

Okay folks brace yourselves for my experience(s). For the record , I enjoy Del Taco more than I should. I do not eat meat and there are very few Fast food chains in my area offering meatless alternatives .

Sadly, this particular location has demonstrated to me that the simplest customer service concern(s) go unaddressed or fixed . Rather than to get into a long winded explanation to my circumstance.

I would suggest or recommend that you take the time to drive to another location ...... the nearest Del Taco on Sierra @ Foothill Blvd. Seems to get it ! Since this location refused go out of their way to contact me ,,,, I have , Gone out of my way to avoid this particular location until I am contacted by a District Manager or Store Manager.

Lastly, The Foundation to every business is customer service. This rating is a reflection of the lack of customer service follow-up.

Everything was fine at first, went through the drive thru which had good and fast service. I get up to the window and I notice my price is a little higher than what was given to me through the box. I ordered the Cali Bacon burrito with chicken and a medium fry and drink but when I got home and bit into my burrito, it was made with steak. I thought it was an honest mistake at first. But as I took another bite, that's when I realized it was an entirely different burrito. At this point it was to late to go back since I was already home and 2 bites into this burrito. I also realized that I wasn't given a recipt either to make sure everything was correct. Everything else about this location is solid just please double check before giving out orders. You guys still make a great burrito that slaps but I really was looking forward to that Cali...
