Jungle Party Supplies (piñatas) are absolutely the worse at customer service. I ordered one piñata over the phone and the lady said “yes I can make it for you” and then I said (since she was making it ) “do you need a deposit” and she said no , Ill have it for you by 11am saturday. I figured she makes them if they ask for them and even if I didn’t showed up she would most likely sell it anyways. So the day came and my husband went to get it and he called me to tell me she didn’t have it so I called the lady again and asked what happened and she said “Oh they didn’t send it to me “ and I was like? What? You said you were gonna make it and she responded I MUST HAVE BEEN DRUNK CAUSE I DIDNT SAY THAT. Wow what an answer. I told her she said that cause I even told my daughter and husband you are probably the piñata maker which was pretty cool , and then she said that she told me she was gonna wait for Saturday shipments and if she got one she would hold it for me at 11am . TOTALLY different story. So I then asked her if she couldn’t have the courtesy to save my number and call me to let me know so I could go somewhere else? She then said Im busy and hanged up on me . so that Saturday my daughter didn’t have a piñata thank to this unprofessional lady doing unprofessional business . How dare she treating a prospective client like that? Dont she values her business, horrible immature attitude, as if she doesn’t need anymore clients. She could have answered IM SORRY FOR THE MISUNDERSTANDING I ACTUALLY DONT MAKE THEM MYSELF I APOLOGIZE FOR THE CONFUSION BUT YOU CAN MAYBE CHECK THIS OTHER PLACE ETC ETC ETC but no , she decided to make fun of me saying she was probably drunk . If I could give this place A 0 I would! There were some completely obnoxious and rude security guards who were bullying people including myself calling people names including myself it was just outrageous the way I saw them treat people creating a ruckus,hovering over people acting like they are the swat team or I don't know what swat doesn't even act like that. There's a manager and owner his name is John he's just as blatantly rude as they are. He even eggs them on. As soon as you approach the entrance and they're standing hovering around you could tell that they are looking for confrontation and wanna start something and they don't know what they're talking about when they do open their mouths. They have the attitude that everyone needs to be bullied pushed around and manhandled and spoken to as though their trash it was just completely appalling! They were carrying on, frightening customers -it was like being subjected to some third world country, replete with a dictator and subsequent abuse! Ive seen alot in my lifetime but this experience...

It is a typical swap meet, I come here to buy sweatshirts for my son and husband occasionally. I wouldn't buy jewelry here unless I'm shopping for something made of sterling silver or cheaper, I have my own go to jewelry store else where for serious jewelry purchasing. The girls at the candy store are very nice and so are some of the people at the women's clothing stores and the shoe store near the back entrance. The guy who works at the photo shop and custom printing at the back by the candy store is very rude and has 0 customer service skills, I would never give him my business again or recommend him to anyone I know. The security guards look unfriendly but I guess that's part of the image they have to portray. The jewelry stores were caged up all around, very disturbing.
