Portions are balanced for newer price upgrades. ALL locations are virtually the same. You arrive hungry and leave satisfied and eager to return!!

In all fairness, they do have an area that I feel can be better and that would be their customer service. In every location I have visited, those I usually have with me always come to the same conclusion.

Cold and not very friendly. Robotic mostly and sometimes seems like they're not interested in dialogue with their clientele. Food and conversation go hand & hand. It's a normal phenomenon. I realize not every customer is that way. However, the food industry is a people industry. Sometimes it feels like "give me your money, here's you food now eat and leave". I say this because I have felt this way on many occasions but never had anyone to bounce it back to. Funny thing is I've had a few people go with me at 2 different times. They told me this is what they got, how they felt. Now, I'm sharing this in hopes it can be looked into as it would be sad if others are seeing this too. All in all, great food and I'm certain it...

I would take the time to get to know your customers and at the same time take the time to read and Understand the mandate before telling your customers what they have to do. If you have heart problems you can't wear a mask.

As my wife, grandchild and myself walked in I notice not one customer in the store was wearing a mask. For some reason we were told we have to wear a mask.

I did not want to make a scene and point out the obvious to the young child behind the counter, that no one was wearing a mask in the store or that using common sense they are more likely to catch covid by touching my credit card that has never been washed in 3 years and could only imaging the germs it has on it, then from me breathing into a plastic shield. It amazes me how gullible people are.

That same morning I went to Sunrise Cafe in Corona, Bob's Big Boy in norco, Bass pro shop and Five Below in Rancho Cucamonga and wasn't even questioned about wearing a mask.

What is sad, they did not even take the time to ask me why I can't wear a mask do to an enlarge heart. But would rather lose a lifetime customer who has been going Rosa Maria's before this location has been open, I guess I will have to start going to Alberto's off of cherry now. ...

I'm not sure if it is just the weekend staff, but this place has uncaring employees. I called multiple times to order today. The first time was at 9:45am. The girl working the register answered the phone saying, "Hello?" I asked if I was calling Rosa Maria's. She said yes, and that they weren't open until 10am. I apologized and let her know I would call back at 10 sharp to place a to go order. She said "Ok." and hung up.

I drove over and called right at 10am after she opened the front door. I actually watched her walk over to the phone, pick it up, and then just set it on the counter without saying a word, then she began helping other customers WHO HAD CALLED IN TO GO ORDERS. Absolutely disgusting behavior, and I've been eating here with friends and family for years. I will not be back, and I will ensure everyone I know in the area picks a new spot for burritos. Absolute joke customer service, I'd rather go without the food for that kind...
