Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Forest Acres

We are not frequent customers at Zaxby’s, but wanted to give them a try.

First time experience at this location. Waited in the drive through and ordered a kids meal with a sprite and kickin chicken meal with a coke. After sitting in line and paying, we got our food and no drinks. While waiting on our drinks, I opened the food and saw a chicken finger meal. I showed Keasia that the order was wrong and she caught a bad attitude with my husband and I. After looking at what we were charged, our ticket was correct. Another employee came up and was being nice, trying to help and all she could do is be rude to us. We told the other employee the order was wrong and we were also missing our drinks. Keasia responded, “We are working on it” and slammed the window shut.

Once we received our food, it was hot and fresh, but I would much rather not deal with someone that has a bad attitude. After all, it was not our fault the order was wrong.

Never been to this location and probably will not be back to give it another try. Rude employees with nasty attitudes...

Went in today around 5:14pm order loaded fries ranch sauce the fries was still raw they was medium raw the chicken was not cook to order witch I asked for everything fresh before I ordered when I stated I wanted it fresh once again after receiving my food the cashier took it to the kitchen window and stated they wanted it fresh they stated it wasn’t fresh the manager said what you mean it’s not fresh he then took the food and didn’t throw it away instead he put it in the MICROWAVE AND WARMED IT UP they then added heavy seasoning and add more ranch over the ranch they already had on it before warming it up I believe the whole management needs to be removed or the place should be closed down now only did I receive under cook raw food but I was also give food that had been re warm up with dairy products on it that could have easily gotten me and my kids sick I still have the food and will be contacting a lawyer about this situation do to it not being...

I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 meals and I didnt realize that the coupon I had "needed" to be described at the ordering menu, The Child at the register had a full on meltdown tizzy fit when I handed her my coupon and my card. She had closed the windows and I could still hear her scream "Why didn't he tell me this when he was ordering" I've worked drive thru windows and we never applied a coupon to an order until it was in hand to ensure the coupon was valid and not expired or photocopied etc etc. Instead of flipping out and throwing a temper tantrum. Imagine the difference of my experience if she had instead held her composure and politely just said next time let us know at the box and she wouldn't need a shift lead/ MGT override, The food was great but the service was horrifically childish and I'd rather go out of my way to a further location to get my kicken...
