7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Forest Acres

I’ve been coming to Seven Brew consistently over the past few weeks, and I’ve perfected the particular order I like to grab whenever I’m in the mood for on to go coffee. I first discovered this place in Greenville, SC. I’ve ordered the “Iced Banana Bread Blondie” each time, and no issues whatsoever. However, in Columbia, the past few times I’ve had to deal with associates that were not well informed about menu items. I asked for this specific order about two weeks ago at this location and the gentleman informed me “We don’t have blondie”, but then literally two minutes later as I was speaking with another associate, she made mentioned “That banana bread latte is good! I prefer it as a blondie.” So I was quickly like “Oh, so you guys do make that particular drink as a blondie?”. She confirmed, and I politely asked her if she could make modify it as a blondie, no issues. I came today because I was craving, and once again, I encountered the same issue w/ two different associates. It’s just coffee, but it’s becoming increasingly frustrating wanting your drink to be a certain way, and consistently have employees who are unaware of special menu items constantly correct you, when this is a specific item you’ve been getting for months, no problems! I like Seven Brew, but I will not be visiting this location again just due to the uninformed employees...

I particularly enjoyed the white chocolate with salted caramel drizzle and whip topping, blended or on ice, which had a rich and balanced flavor profile. The quality of their coffee truly elevates the entire experience.

Service (5/5): The service at 7 Brew Coffee was friendly and efficient. The baristas were knowledgeable about the menu and offered helpful recommendations. I truly love the customer service. Additionally, I can give my telephone number and my favorite drink are seen whereas I can select from previous orders. This Truly helps when you send someone to stop and get your coffee.

Been going to 7brew since this location was open . Honestly coffee almost every day and buying like 4 . I work in the prison and I have to explain that working in the prison your law enforcement I’m the same level as patrol but in the prison. Because we aren’t in a cruiser we aren’t law enforcement, you don’t get a cruiser working in the prison because you work in the prison. It’s tiring to have explain that not all law enforcement are the same . Had my whole uniform on and apparently I might be playing police . Also active duty ? Again headed to prison ! Do I need to show my work schedule now ? I loved 7brew over Starbucks but now this is getting crazy . Even chic filla, chipotle just wants uniform and now I gotta prove I’m heading to work and that there’s law enforcement in the prison and I’m not some weirdo playing dress up...
