Tokyo Grill — Restaurant in Forest Acres

BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE --- FOOD POISON. If I could have given a 0 star, I would have. I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken with Rice and Zucchini/Onion which was the only food I had eaten that day. For over the next 24 hours, I can excruciatingly pain in my stomach and vomiting. I called and of course the woman that works the front said this did not happen with their food. I explained to her that their food had been all I had eaten, so she got me intouch with I guess the manager who was a guy. I spoke with him and told him what had happened and explained that I was not looking for a refund, rather wanted to inform them of their food being cross contaminated. He explained that he was going to still give me an instore credit. I explained to him that it could be a while before I could build up an appetite to eat at their restaurant again and he said that was no problem, that when I was ready to just give my name. Well, I decided that I liked their rice a lot, and did not trust to order the chicken or vegetables, so I went in there and the woman at the front acts like she has absolutely no clue what you're even saying unless you mention a menu item. I had to use hand signals and try my best to explain to her. She of course says, sorry we have no credit for you, are you sure it wasn't a different restaurant... Seriously? Like I would get a restaurant confused with another who gave me food poison.. I asked her to call the man I had spoken to and he told her not to give me anything. So not only did they give me food poison, but they are liars. Ridiculous and sorry people here who say one thing and on a different day, treat you as if they never spoke with you. Be careful eating here, no only do they use the same utensils for their meats and veggies, they will not honor anything...

We've been on the grand quest to find 'our Asian restaurant' and this isn't it.

We called in a phone order and the guy on the phone reads it back to us, but when I show up to pick up the food, only half the order was on the ticket and had been made. So I had to wait for the other half of the order to be made.

The food was decent. not mind blowing but not awful. The same with customer service.

Cashier was wearing a necklace with a large satanic symbol on it--not cool.

Again, this didn't make the cut for being 'our restaurant.' Eggroll Chen currently has...

Great place . very good prices for what you get . good wifi . love to go there and eat and chill . fyi when ordering steak order it medium rare . better flavor and they cook well done unless u ask otherwise Update : still good except service is not as good . I go there for wifi and the best outlet is in back of restaurant . They now tell me it's closed off all the time . I can see closing it off after dinner rush but now they close it all the time . Weird . It's only 3 tables back there . It's not like they need to keep it closed . Other locations...
