Hardee’s — Restaurant in Forest City

The guy in the drive thru was completely rude. I asked him nicely for a fresh burger and he snapped at me and said all of their food was made fresh. I was buying the burger with onion rings for my son with braces. The last one I had got messed his braces wire up because the onion rings were so hard. He handed me my order and gave me the wrong fries. I told him that I had ordered curly fries. He huffed and gave me the right ones. I then gave my son his burger before pulling off and you could feel that the burger and bun was cold. I told the guy at the window and he told me to pull forward and wait. He then brings me out only onion rings. I told him I needed a whole new burger. He snapped at me and told me he didn't have time for that and walked back inside. He only had one car behind me. I drove around to ask for my money back and he was talking to that customer while pointing at me. I pulled up when it was my turn and simply asked him for a refund. He threw the money at me and slammed the window in my face before I could ask to speak to his manager. This happened last week. I will not go to Spindale Hardee's again. They are rude and give you stale food. I went to the Forest City restaurant and the service was great and my food was fresh. Spindale Hardee's should be closed down. Their service and food is awful. After going to the Forest City Hardee's, we drove back by the Spindale one and they didn't have a single customer. That's the 3rd time I've gotten stale food and rude service from them. I recently visited this particular Hardee’s location after reading several glowing Google reviews that mentioned a young lady named Billie. The consistent praise she received piqued my curiosity, and I wanted to see for myself what made her stand out. To my delight, I was not let down. Billie absolutely lives up to the hype and then some. I was impressed by the overall cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. The service was prompt and efficient, and every staff member I encountered had a positive attitude, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Billie, in particular, was exceptionally courteous and friendly. Her professionalism and warm demeanor made a lasting impression. I will definitely be returning, not just for the good food, but because Billie has given me a real reason to come back. She truly deserves recognition for her outstanding service. August 2024 Update ≈ Family Breakfast just because it was easy and quick. I don't regret it for that day because of ongoing issues from the night ER Trip however from now on I'll literally take my chances on starving or diabetic coma. Ordered a Frisco breakfast (ham,egg, cheese) what I got 1 piece deli ham thin, a few pieces of some kind shredded cheese and what appeared to be drizzling of egg on the wrapper. No answer when I called although I will say the hash browns was 1000% AMAZING OUTSTANDING OUTAGALAXY PERFECT CRISPY. THE OTHER ITEMS IN THE MEAL HAM,EGG, CHEESE BISCUIT/STEAK, EGG, CHEESE BISCUIT WAS 4/5≈HAM 2.5/5≈STEAK. STILL NO RESPONSE FROM EMAIL. AS MENTIONED BELOW REVIEW WE NEVER RECEIVED ANY COUPONS OR ANYTHING FROM HARDEE'S. I USE TO SAY I KNOW THEY WOULD MAKE IT RIGHT BUT THAT ISNT TRUE ANYMORE I DONT KNOW OF ANY OTHER PLACE THAT DELIBERATELY TRIES AND SCREWS CUSTOMERS AND LIE ABOUT MAKING RIGHT.
