Subway — Restaurant in Forest Park

Well this is more of a personal experience, so I had a coupon for a foot long sub i had not long before left the eye doctor so my eyes had been dilated , anyway i had used this type of coupon before, BUT now it comes with all these subs that don't qualify in using the coupon I had never experienced this before so when I got to the register I had ordered a roast beef up pretty ordinary and it was told to me that that particular sub was not eligible for the coupon I said really because I had never had this problem before in using that same type of coupon but apparently it's been a different stipulation on the coupons now well I was hungry and just wanted to get to the house so I went ahead and bought it to my shop literally shock it rung up as 13 dollars I could not believe it I could have went to Publix and got a better sandwich with definitely more meat in it I will never I mean never go back to Subway what a rip off and it don't even hardly have any meat in it I'm done with that stuff chain it won't see me anymore and I sure won't be spending any of my money in...

This location used to be so great and I kept giving them chances because of that, but it's gone straight downhill. I'm so disappointed by the service and quality of this place now. This review is based on 3 separate occassions:

1: I placed an order through Grubhub a little over a week ago. Someone from the restaurant called to say they didnt have ANY of the ingredients that I wanted on my sandwich, so I canceled my order.

2: My boyfriend and I stopped here over the weekend to get our sandwiches. The woman was polite and she was moving fairly quickly, but the guy was rude and slow. She's the only reason I gave an extra star.

3: I placed an order last night through UberEats and it was completely wrong. My sandwich had missing ingredients, there was only chicken on half of the sandwich and was about half the amount that's usually in the containers, and part of my order was missing. No one called to tell me that they didnt have those items, they just didnt even care. I ended up throwing it away cause it looked...

I visit Subway often, by far one of the best places to eat. I am in the Atlanta area for a few months with my Company & since I’m close to this particular Subway, figured I’d stop by. Let me tell you, the African American guy that was there & serving myself and other customers was GHETTO, LOUD & OBNOXIOUS! I had my wife to kindly ask his name, which was Dontay. He smelled of strong marijuana at the register & his appearance really made me not want to eat there. To top it off, another tall guy comes out the back & the way he fixed my wife sandwich was like none other I’ve seen. I’m not making this up! The guy seemed a bit off or to have mental delays or something but I’ve never seen anyone put the meat on last. The sandwich had no presentation or anything.
