Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Forrest City

Let me tell you what, there is a young lady there that knows customer service, satisfaction, and retention so well that she made me a lifetime Sonic customer lol!!!! Literally!!! Her name is Sequoia ( Sorry if I spell it wrong). I was with a few people and unsure of a flavor on the menu. I was just going to get something less intriguing and full of sugar. Buttttt, this young lady brought me a small kiddie cup sample as soon as she heard my uncertainty. It was an awesome sugar-free peach flavor. Anyway, she has such a great understanding of how to execute food hospitality. This is something I thought was lost in the generation beneath mine. This young lady did so well she changed my opinion!!!! Let me say this, if you go to this Sonic, and Sequoia Is there, it would be impossible to leave without being overly satisfied with your experience! 10 stars if I could. Stay at it girl you...

I am beyond disappointed in the staff. They have messed my order in some way EVERY time we order. Sonic is (usually) one of our favorite places to get food, but the staff here has really diminished my desire. For example, we ordered a small cheese stick and a small fried pickle. And my cheese sticks literally were so cold I could almost hear the cheese snap. A better example of the staff is we ordered some food and were waiting for about 30 min. The server came out and she told us the food she brought and it wasn't ours. We told her this and what we actually ordered. So instead of going back and correcting the simple mistake, she just leaves us out there with no food for another 20 min. We push the button again and ask where our food is, and she says "i tried to bring you some but you said it was wrong so'. Like what? I am just really disappointed in the work ethic in this...

This Sonic packs your drink cup with ice. Years ago you could order a drink with extra ice. Today if you did that they would have to give you an extra cup to put your extra ice in because it wouldn't fit in your drink cup even if there was no soda in it.

Today I ran a test. I ordered a rt. 44 soda. This order only calls for the normal amount of ice. I drank all the soda within 15 minutes. I was driving and wasnt in a hurry. I then asked my passenger to fill it back up with a couple of the 12 ounce sodas I had just sitting in my vehicle. It only took about 9oz of 1 12oz soda which was not cooled prior to pouring it in the 44oz cup.

So a rt 44 drink contains less than 12oz of soda in it. This is not the only sonic doing this.

People need to start giving Sonics a lower star rating for cheating...
