Burger King — Restaurant in Fort Collins

While I have been known to enjoy the consumption of a Burger King Whopper since the Trump Administration in addition to other menu items prevalent such as the Chicken Jr. Sandwich, Mediocre Nuggets often disclosed as having been inferior to McDonald's McNuggets originally released in 1983 by CEO Fred Turner and Rene Arend, the gourmet French Chef of McDonald's appointed to create a beef alternative item in the late 1970s decade, however I have never endorsed in a messed up order or mediocre service until this most recent visit (July 5th, 2024)

While the nutrients in general I ordered did not take relatively long to receive, and the atmosphere is par-usual for any 21st Century Burger King Location; the food I ordered from this location came with a side order of an element on the Whopper that I intentionally asked to not be prevalent. When I returned back to my residence following my order, I found a presence of Onions on my Whopper that I specifically did not order, further tainting my experience in the process after finding out while consuming my meal.

In hindsight, while this slight messup shall not be met with scrutiny that rivals the Colonists and their reactions to the Sugar Act of 1764 in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts, this experience that I had was unfathomable, intolerable and an experience that has now made me speculate against Burger King, despite the fact that my order the past 5 times I have been here has been perpetual, despite the long wait times.

After this most recent experience I have had, I am not certain I will be returning to any Burger King locations in the next year because of the persistent strand of awful service and messed up orders I have...

General Manager, Sonia, is immature, rude, and lacks customer service skills. The store is constantly messing up orders. They turn the app off when it is busy. The outside of the store is filthy. It is run down. There is a broken down motorhome in the parking lot with 2 single moms and half a dozen barefoot toddlers. I guess employees are so underpaid that they have to live in the parking lot. Every single problem with any order I have had has been met with absolute indifference as if they cannot afford to remake a cheeseburger. They don't read special instructions. I frequently get stale fries. This store needs to be destroyed. It is disgusting. The food is nasty. The kitchen looks like it is staffed by the local jail. This store does not deserve to be on this property with the athletic club and all the other businesses that do not cause drama and attract crime. Who is allowing this filthy business to be here? Get rid of it. Tear it down. Find something worthwhile. Do you see all the expensive vehicles at the gym? None of them use this business. We want decent businesses here, not these trash food places that can't even bother to look decent and behave around paying customers. Shole store for sure. Even DJT would vomit...

What just happened? I eat here frequently and have never had a bad experience until now. BK is advertising their Whopper Meal Deal Specials - $4 for the Whopper Jr meal, $5 for the Whopper and $6 for the Double Whopper. I ordered the Whopper Meal with coffee and cream at the drive through. I was told they had no coffee today. I said a Sprite was ok. She said, wait, I can give you a coffee. Ok. The total with tax came to $8.19. I said what about the $5 Whopper Meal deal? She said, oh, that’s the value meal and it only comes with.... and got interrupted and never finished the sentence. There was nothing about a value meal or any limitations on the pricing board, so I said that’s what I want. She said she’d fix the pricing and to pull up. At the window I was asked for $8.19. I explained that I wanted the $5 Whopper Meal deal. The employee corrected the price, handed me my order and I drove off. A while later when I opened the bag I was given a Whopper Jr instead of a regular Whopper. Also, the coffee was black - no cream. And, there was no receipt so I have no order number to discuss with the manager. So again I ask, what happened? Sounds like a lack of...
