West End Pub — Restaurant in Fort Collins

Guess you have to be a regular to get good service? I only popped in there for a quick beer at the bar (this was 2pm and the place was nearly empty), I needed to leave, moved the empty bottle to get the bartender's attention, she asked if I wanted another, I said no, I have to go. She appeared to do something on the register and then chatted with the woman next to me for 5 minutes while doing a shot with her. It takes 15 seconds to get my money and let me get out of there. Then on the $5.75 tab she only gives me the ones back, and not the 25c. Too much trouble to give correct change, or too complicated? Nice little hole in the wall locals joint! Billie Jean is a fabulous person, excellent bartender, absolutely gorgeous, and will take good care of you. She will absolutely not be taking any BS from anyone though, so if that's your MO, you should probably not come here. The locals are very welcoming, they have some cool games that I'd never played before, and pool tables. Decent little patio area out back in case you need some fresh air!! Definitely the best bar I’ve been too. Very comforting and affordable price for their liquor/beer. I’ve only been here twice and it’s the best bar I’ve been to in Fort Collins hands down. I definitely recommend this bar for a drink or hangout spot. Bartender is very friendly, numerous tvs for sports, pool tables as well. The bar has a nice ledge to put your feet on as well as the chairs being quite comfortable. I haven’t had the food so I can’t rate that or...
