Terrible, terrible food. Incredibly bad service. Charged almost twice the price of the menu on their website. Cartoonishly bad food is just the beginning of the story here. I almost never leave bad reviews for restaurants, but everything about this was so horrible I need to say something. Beyond being the absolute worst food I have ever gotten from a restaurant, the manager's response when we pointed it out was to lie repeatedly. The hamburgers we ordered were so burnt that they were inedible. The fries were soaked in some disgusting smelling oil. The caesar salad was edible, but absolutely pathetic for the price - a few leaves of romaine with a mist of dressing and stale croutons. Our friends' food was equally terrible, but they are writing their own reviews. When our friends went to pay and get the food, we were charged almost twice the prices that were on the restaurant's website. The bill was over $300 for what should have been about $150 based on their own website. When I talked to the manager, she argued that the prices on their website were correct and then lied about several other things regarding the service our friends received when picking up the food. I have worked in many restaurant, my wife is a chef and we know many restaurant owners. I don't criticize restaurants lightly because I know it is a difficult business. This experience was beyond bad. It was so terrible that if it were in a sitcom nobody would believe it. The Hotel Limpia is a wonderful place. We have been to the Blue Mountain Bar and Grill in the past and had excellent food. So when we were spending a night at the Indian Lodge with friends we ordered from here to take out. The manager and chef from this day were the worst I've ever experienced. This is a great way to put a restaurant out of business.

I wanted really bad to give this place 5 stars. I love the look of the place with indoor and outdoor options. There were tables, booths, and a bar indoors. Outdoors had shade and sun, and it felt like it could have a breeze. As to the food, the fish and chips were great. The fires were fresh, but they could use a double fry, so they are more crisp. I did their brisket cheese fries that sounded amazing, but the fries were too soggy, and the cheese was not the best quality for it. I would also say the brisket was too dry. We also had the enchiladas, and they were on par with fast food. I think the burgers and steaks at the tables around us looked great. The service was okay, but they were swamped. So, I'll sum this up to say, if you're in town for more than one meal, give them a try, but maybe focus on the fish and burgers. I did like the drink specials. My beer was cheaper than the tea. :)

Menu JUST changed and not for the better. All the items shown in the reviews that made you go "ooh that sounds good," are now gone and all the prices have gone up. Waited for 20 minutes for the waiter to take order and another 50 mins to get the worst green chicken enchilladas i have ever eaten. The chicken was ground into a paste with peppers (stems and all) and squirted into (I believe) a flour tortillia. I am not sure because i never saw the tortillia...the food looked like brocolli casserole. Waiter completly missed my wifes order had to wait even longer! The pinto beans were so salty they were inedible and litterally had a crust of age on top. All in all the worst dining experience i have had in years! STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOINT!!!

If I could give the chef 5 stars and the establishment 0 stars, I would. The food was amazing, the service was the worst I've experienced in a very long time.

We made a reservation 7/19/19 for today 7/20/19 @ 7 PM. Our party of 5 arrived on time only to find out they didn't put our reservation in the computer. We were sat at a table that had cups of water that had been sitting there for who know's how long. There was a fly in one of the glasses. After sitting there for 21 minutes without a single server coming to our table, we tried to flag one down, multiple times. Not a single one came until we texted someone that works there to let them know what was going on. Then someone came, removed the glass with the fly in it, and gave us some bread. At 7:48 PM we still had no food, yet other people that arrived after us without reservation had already been waited on and got their plates. We asked if we could go outside for our meal and were told there was no service to the patio. We said we would take our food outside ourselves and bring our plates back in when we were done, we were met with a blank stare. We went outside and that's when someone came out and informed us they would bring our food to us outside. After the horrible nearly non existent service we were told they'd comp a dessert for our trouble. We then got our check and were charged for the dessert, when we pointed it out, were met with attitude. When our check was picked up with payment, the waitress proceeded to shoot us the bird as she walked away. We asked to speak to the manager, who came out, drunk, and told us it was our fault and that he'd be back out to speak to us after he investigated. He...

Put our names in for dinner for four (2 adults, 2 kids) at 6:45 pm, the hostess said it’d be a 30 minute wait. No problem! Got a text message immediately saying we were on the waiting list. 40 minutes later, go back to the bar for drinks because, we’ll, we’re thirsty by then but they’re busy and the family just ahead of us in line just got seated. No problem! Another 20 minutes passed, drinks are gone, still no message or call - I went back to the hostess stand to see how long the wait would be as our kids were starting to turn to werewolves. Hostess was nowhere to be found but after a few minutes waiting another employee came up and asked if I needed anything. I asked if she knew how long the wait would be since my family had been waiting over an hour. She made a face and sounded surprised, and then the hostess walked back up and they started talking to each other. Apparently they’ve turned the grill off by this point, never called us, didn’t know we were waiting. Another waitress walked by at this point and overheard the conversation and said “oh yeah they’ve been waiting outside for a WHILE!”

A few minutes went by while the hostess apparently went to talk with the kitchen. Can’t turn the grill back on, all they can make us is salads. I’m sorry but my 5 and 7 year olds, despite all my efforts, don’t like salad. They offered two other restaurants in town that were still open. No apology, nothing close to an attempt to turn the grill back on, and the hostess was pretty rude to my wife to top it all off.

Problem. If it were possible, I’d...
