I think this Dunkin is really decent as any other fast food place. Customers donât understand that they are not the only customers, a lot of people are getting mad about the wait but they saw a long line when they pulled in and still decided to get in the line and wait as well, so you canât be mad for a choice you made. Most customers are extremely rude and donât know basic human decency and act as if the workers are robots that donât have any feelings. At times the employees are not always in a good mood, but customers need to understand when employees are already stressed enough about work and are in the middle of extreme rush, they arenât going to be a complete ray of sunshine. If you want a quick and good service have the common sense to not come when you see a whole line of people in the drive thru and a crowd of people in the lobby, and actually treat the employees as an actual person and youâll get good service. I placed a mobile at this location as I normally do and when I get to the Fort Mill location, the doors are locked and they are only doing drive thru. Just so happened, an employee is outside and I ask of she can just reach my mobile order out the door. She tells me they are only doing drive thru. So I ask if I can cancel my order and she tells me she doesn't know and they are only doing mobile orders. Now how is that customer service driven?! When I pulled up, male employee said he didn't have my order and said it was because I spoke to their "robot". Told me to next time make sure I talk to a person. I replied that I did put it my order and it was confirmed. And I don't know how to know if it was a robot or not when trying to place an order at the drive through. He then asked me to leave the drive through and get back in the line to place my order again--the line was now even longer than 20 minutes for a wait with about 5 cars behind me.
