Slim Chickens — Restaurant in Fort Mill

It’s ok. Got the Buffalo ranch chicken sandwich meal. The good: ranch Mayo is good. Thick pickles on the sandwich added great flavor. The bun was good. Waitstaff is friendly. The meh: fries were meh. Buffalo sauce was underwhelming and not very flavorful. They didn’t put enough on the sandwich. Glad I asked for extra. Little bit of seemingly organized chaos at the register but they got people’s orders in quick and got the food out quickly. I feel like it’s a Zaxby’s wannabe place, but I do like Zaxby’s mild Buffalo sauce better. EDIT: THIS PLACE HAS LOST MY BUSINESS. I've done online ordering twice since my initial review. Both times the order was GROSSLY wrong. Tonight, I was missing the SAUCE on a cayenne ranch chicken sandwich(that I couldn't eat because it was disgustingly dry) with lettuce that looked two weeks old, and NO dressing for my side salad. And I never got the pecan praline cheesecake jar that I ordered. $26 for NOTHING. So, I called the restaurant, and the 'new' GM, told me he would give me two jars next time on him. For real? I have a WHOLE order of food I can't eat and THAT's what you offer? I told him no, thanks, you lost my business. Save your money, people. Don't go here. It was good when it first opened. But...

New to fort Mill SC ! Had a certificate for 3 meals free of charge as a grand opening special! My husband got it from his job. This was wonderful✨😍 On a Sunday, we got dressed and headed out to Slim chickens!!! Upon arrival, we were greeted by a manager who was very nice! He welcomed us but, no one seemed to know what they were supposed to be doing! However, our order was finally Taken and we were so SATISFIED! THE FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! VERY FRESH! We had the wings & strips meal hot honey flavor! The portions were very small so after looking at what the price would be for those platters , we thought the prices were wayyy too steep for the small portions ! However, the quality Of the food makes it well worth it! I highly recommend slim chickens! ❤❤❤Update: Unfortunately we visited here a week ago again spending almost 40.00 dollars just for 2 wing platters with fries and the food has changed drastically!! Just Meh. The service was lacking, they forget a lot and have to be reminded to give you stuff. Like your drinks. Or the dessert - and it took about 15 minutes after we ordered to get our food. The food was nice and hot, which made the wait worth it- but it was all pretty bland. They charge 48 cents for a single 2 oz sauce container, which I thought they had asked what 2 sauces we wanted for the 4 piece tender meal. They only give you 1 sauce for that meal apparently. Definitely not enough sauce! The price is a rip off for a tiny sauce like that. Other fast food chains only charge 25 cents for an extra sauce. The dessert jar wasn’t anything special except the fact that it was a literal jar with slim Jim’s on it. The jar was probably about 1/3 air so I felt like it wasn’t a purchase I would’ve gotten.
