Subway — Restaurant in Fort Mill

Tried to call today to place a pickup order and the female staff acted as if I was asking for something foreign. It was like she had to think about what was a order placed to pickup. So then I request a spinach wrap with a veggie patty. She then repeated what I said as if I was talking in a foreign language she had never herd of. And I said it a 3rd time, I guess that’s when she decided she didn’t want to do her job today and suddenly it was : we don’t have veggie patties. I said ok and thank you then hung up. I won’t be trying to visit this subway again. The customer service was awful and she couldn’t seem to grasp the concept of a order placed in advance and a veggie patty on a wrap. I will drive to regent park location from now on before I consider the fort mill location in my hometown . Smh get your staff together . I am sure it was not a lunch...

This place is disgusting, went in today 10/10/21 and as soon as I walk in one of the employees is sitting in the booth playing on his cell phone, The tables were dirty the floor was sticky and had crumbs and chips all over the floor. Instead of playing on a cell phone he should be moping the floor and cleaning tables. The food didn’t taste fresh at all, I didn’t even finish my sandwich I through it in the can, should of just through it in the floor with the rest of the chips and garbage. After they made my sandwiches one of the employees was kicking on the door over and over like he was trying to kick it off the hinges. My wife’s sandwich look all dry I could have gotten a meal better at York county detention center.
