Phat Burrito — Restaurant in Fort Mill

I had an incredible experience at Phat Burrito! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming, the space was clean, and the food smelled amazing. But what truly made my visit stand out was the outstanding service I received from my waiter, Noah.

Noah went above and beyond—he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had the best possible dining experience. He took the time to walk me through the menu, offered great recommendations, and checked in at just the right moments without ever making me feel rushed. His positive energy and professionalism were a huge part of what made my meal so enjoyable.

As for the food—wow. The burrito I ordered was absolutely packed with flavor, perfectly portioned, and made fresh. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in what they serve.

First time trying this place and they definitely give you more then your money's worth, I got the gluten free burrito which basically was a burrito bowl. I think it will last me 3 meals but it was soo good i do wish that they would offer refried beans that werent spicy and let ppl put hot sauce on them, i was disappointed that I couldn't get them. The yucca fries are awesome.and I also got the street corn, I so excited about that because I love street corn but it was way to spicy for me or my husband to eat. I can handle some spice but it is VERY SPICY all i could taste was hot... I wish they had a less spicy version. And it would have been a perfect 1st time I do want to try there barria tacos I havent been able to find great ones since I was visiting one of my daughters...

This establishment is a disappointment. After my third visit and giving them multiple chances, I can agree with a few other reviews by not returning and feeling as though my funds were wasted.

Some of the employees are careless and unfortunately present to not care about food service. Items have been missing from each of my orders to include incorrect sauces (one of which was not requested and was blazing hot). To add— today, one of my side of chips was STALE, which is unacceptable. To top it off, when I called to address my concern about the order, I was asked if I was returning to the restaurant; no sense of urgency or concern about my incorrect order.
