Toppers Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Mill

Disappointed... I have purchased from toppers many times with no negative experiences, until tonight. I ordered a lot (almost $50 worth) of food because I had company. It took over an hour to get here (which is irrelevant and okay) and when I got it it was the wrong order. What I was given was some 5.99 deal. A medium one topping and some cinnamon bread. Apparently the delivery driver gave my order to someone else. I was aggravated but understood that people make mistakes. He said he would have my order remade and redelivered. I waited about 15 minutes after he left and decided to call just to be sure. The man who answered the phone was not aware of what happened yet, so I explained. When I asked if it would be corrected his response was “Yeah...um..”. As if he wanted to say no.. He offered to give me store credit or have it remade. I stated I did not want credit because it was almost 50 dollars and I don’t eat pizza and wings daily. I stated I wanted it remade and yet again, the response I got was one of irritation towards me. However, he did say that he would have it remade and redelivered so that’s cool. The food came in about 40 minutes. Usually the food is made very well and with care. Not this time. The pizza was dry and over cooked, with air bubbles all over it. Not good. Overall I do still recommend...

Great customer service! My brother just ordered two pizzas from this location - buffalo chicken and tater tot. They accidentally brought us the meat lovers (not sure of the actual name) along with the buffalo chicken. We didn't realize this until opening the boxes after the delivery person left but didn't mind as they both looked great. Fast forward about 30 minutes and our doorbell rings - another delivery person shows up with both pizzas from the original order. They did this with absolutely no complaint from us, and took the initiative to just deliver the original order once they realized this mix-up. Wonderful experience pizza and honestly I feel it’s an unknown pizzeria that isn’t as popular as it greatly deserves to be.. there is a baby today meme on the tip jar which is very comical and the staff is friendly from what I have seen and this owner actually responds to nearly all the reviews.. you can tell how hungry the owner truly is to watch this pizzeria just flourish and thrive and I mean he cares about it hard!! I can see it! All I can say is well done! You know that this is a good place when the owner tries to respond.. to watch any owner own up to things and apologize to the unsatisfactory and make it up to the unsatisfied is a place well worth eating at!...
