Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Fort Myers

We ordered our meal at 7:30... 9:00 came around and we still didn't receive our order. So we called and were first told that they "couldn't find our order." So we were put on hold to speak with a "manager." After a few minutes the manager said that the driver knocked "rang the doorbell from our screen door." Well, we don't have a screen door so clearly the driver was at the wrong house... Now I'm not a rocket scientist but if someone doesn't answer the door perhaps you should call the customers phone number.

When we finally came to the conclusion that the driver was at the wrong house the manager sarcastically asked us what we wanted to do. We asked if they could send us our order. The manager said it would take another 45 minutes to an hour. UNREAL! This is the 4th time we ordered from this location and this is now twice that they screw it up.

Basically, we said screw that and told them to refund our money. We called Dominos. Pizza Hut on Colonial and treeline... Do yourself a favor and just...

I want so badly to give this a 5 Star. I recall the amazing nostalgic feeling of Pizza Hut from my youth. The red cups, the table cloths. In today’s go go world first us millennials, the taste of the pizza, pasta, wings, goes so far. The marinara for the breadsticks, watching my kids enjoy the dinner box. At home vs. in restaurant as the times are changing and The Hut becomes out pizzaed by local spots, the taste of joy can still be found within the cardboard box crafted carefully with its retro logo. Sadly, the marinara was missing. They did apply a credit but I don’t want the credit. I want my children to know the sweet taste of Pizza Hut Marinara so they too can have a found memory of Pizza Hut to relish back on in the future. As family dinners are cherished sitting around a table, they are slightly less saucy without the amazing marinara from Pizza Hut. It was forgotten on this order, and it makes me sad...

We only received half of our order. The delivery person was basically going to the leave the pizza on an outdoor chair. Had the dog not barked to let us know someone was outside I wouldn't have known. When I opened the door he said sorry to bother you but the store ran out of pasta. I told him that we where not aware of this issue and didn't receive any communication about it. He said that the store should have called. I called the store and spoke to someone who sounded like they where annoyed having to deal with this situation. We stopped ordering from here due to issues like this. I called and asked for a FULL REFUND including tip and stated that I will NEVER order from them again. I was not given my refund.
