I had ordered an Uber and went through the drive-through at Wendy’s to go home and eat so I had asked for everything to be fresh, then placed my order I ordered two big bags one JBC biggie bag and one double stack biggie bag. The buns were hard the meat was like rubber and all dried out also on the double stack biggie bag. I had specifically stated I don’t want pickle! But there was pickle I’m allergic to pickles, cucumbers, The sandwich was not even edible. It was disgusting terrible the fries that came with the biggie bag was cold and it had salt, even though I had ordered no salt on the fries. The nuggets wasn’t tasty either. They weren’t hot, but they weren’t cold. However, when I ordered what I wanted to drink with both bags, I had said orange HighC no ice she tries to hand me the Cups with ice in them. I told her no ice once again so she’s strange both of the cups into another cup After already having ice in it. I had politely asked her if she can just dump it out and make me fresh orange HighC with no ice because it tasted water down and she said no I’m not dumping it out you can drink it. Read more12pm 3/8/24- Rude short Spanish Manager lady at Wendys was soo rude to this African American elderly lady. She informed the guy that she wanted to return the sandwich, it was incorrect and she could not wait for another sandwich, she already was running late, he went to get her and she said you can get another sandwich even tho the lady calmly said she wanted to get her money back. This Manager told this customer she didn't have to come back and to get her money back, the lady said that's what I'm trying to tell you I have to go, whether the cook is new and like 3 ppl food was wrong it doesn't matter Manage calmly if the person is the same or even if they aren't Ma'am. Read moreOften pick up on the way home when I work late. The stop yesterday at about 5:50 left me so upset I really didn't enjoy my meal. I ordered "no ice" and stopped the young man when he started filling the cup to the brim with ice. I ordered a specific drink and he charged me over $3 more and started to give me something I did not order. When I said "no, that is not correct and I want you to take the charge off my bill" he took my receipt and never gave it back. He told me I shouldn't be upset. I told him this was the 4th time at this location that similar issues had occurred and to please give me what I ordered at no extra charge. His response, "You don't have to come to this location." So his solution to his bad service was to tell me to go elsewhere?!! I said, "What an attitude! I wonder if your employer would agree." Another man came and refunded my money (not the tax) and gave me what I ordered and shut the window so quickly I didn't get my receipt but decided to move on.
