I ordered 3 items via Door Dash one of which was a fish sandwich. I received a container with only 2 slices of bread. I called Jo Joās and the young lady who answered the phone was extremely RUDE!!!! She suggested that I come to get the missing item. I explained that I felt inconvenienced because I paid a delivery fee for the missing item. I asked, āWhat do I get for coming to retrieve something that I paid extra to be delivered?ā She continued with her rude remarks and tone saying, āI donāt know what she wants us to doā and someone (possibly the same young lady) said, āShe just wants free food.ā Another female voice came on the line and listened and apologized. Then, I realized the apology was all I needed for my inconvenience. I thanked her and told her thatās all I needed. Kudos to the second female. And, shame on the first female. She missed my entire point and insisted that I could seek a refund from Door Dash. She clearly needs more training in providing basic customer service: apologize when your company makes a mistake instead of switching the blame and accountability to the customer. The food that I actually received was amazing as usual. To their past credit, I routinely order from them either āin personā or via DD and have never had a problem in the past. Although, I will miss the wings, I refuse to pay for this type of service...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have always passed them while driving and my coworker co-signed that their wings were top notch. I ordered a 10 piece with fries, a side of corn nuggets, and a fruit punch lemonade mix. The fries were pretty meh, they are generic frozen fries. The corn nuggets kind of threw me of because they are served with powdered sugar. Strangeness aside, I wish there were more nuggets in my side order but, they were good. The drink was super sweet, I believe I was told it was Kool-Aid. The real star of the show was the wings. I ordered Honey Hot, which honestly I donāt know what I was thinking, I never order that flavor, the cashier convinced me it was a popular flavor. I did not like Honey Hot, I will get one of my usual flavors on my next visit. Back to the wings themselves: there was a proportionate mix of flats and drums, they were fried to perfection - not over cooked, they were not skimpy and had a fair amount of meat on them. The staff was very nice as well. Like I said the cashier convinced me to try Honey Hot, I told her it was my first time and she gave me the top seller, Iām not mad about it. The restaurant was well maintained. The floor and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHad by far the worse experience ever and management/ owner did not make the situation any better. Rude and unprofessional is a understatement so I placed an order at 5:52 and was told order would be ready in 45 minutes. Nevertheless, I get to the restaurant to get my order at 7:06 girls tells me order is coming up almost 20 minutes later I asked is my order ready now because I was told it would be only 45 minutes. The owner told me that they were filling order for people who was already their so I ask did I have to be there to get my order on time. Owner/manager told me she didnāt know what to tell me other than my order was not ready I could wait if I want and thatās it. Few minutes later got my order the girl forgot to close my food properly so guess what happen yep food wasted out. Definitely would never order again prime example of arrogance because when they first started they were polite and cared for their customers now they have made a lil money and grew and have gotten to be rude. Very disappointed do not support I rather get good customer service else where...
