Over the moon excited they brought back the bread I liked!! 9 grain honey oat I believe it's called, best of both worlds a little sweet and a little not lol my main complaint is they took away offering swiss cheese, brought back my bread but took away my go to cheese , I can't win for loosing lol for the most part everyone who works there is super friendly & keeps their cool even with the most difficult orders, I have delt with like 2-3 that definitely didn't need to be in customer service but that is few and far between and no matter seems like after you deal with a rude one they end up going away so like I said super friendly ppl there now if they will only bring back swiss cheese & I will be over the...

I walked over from the Loves truck stop this evening to get a steak & cheese wrap this evening. The manager/owner must be really tough on the workers, because this gal was so stingy with the steak (neither cup was full) I had to say something. I fully understand the need for portion and inventory control, but the has to be better way. Maybe a screed to make the cup even across the top or something. I was not going to accept a wrap with only 2/3 of the meat I'm paying for and told her not to bother and left. It's a drag, but I guess I needed the exercise more than the wrap. So the food prep is definitely above par from other subways. They take their time and build the sandwich pretty close to the picture which is a nice change.

However, they don't follow instructions very well and in 5 orders in a week, they got it right only 3 times. They need to work on attention to detail. They also don't know how to prioritize orders. I had 2 sandwiches on a couple orders and the guy both times made one completely then went to make the other one. By the time he was finished with the second one the first sub (a hot sub) was cold.
