I recently visited Hardee's and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile from the staff. The restaurant was clean and inviting, which immediately set a positive tone for my visit.

Now, let's talk about the food. Oh my goodness, it was absolutely delicious! I ordered the famous Thickburger, and it exceeded all my expectations. The patty was juicy and flavorful, the toppings were fresh, and the bun was perfectly toasted. Every bite was a symphony of taste that left me wanting more.

But what truly stood out to me was the level of service. The staff members were attentive, friendly, and efficient. They made sure that I had everything I needed and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.

So I ordered delivery today from this Hardee's location. They had a special going on where you could order one of their new chicken sandwiches and get one free. So I ordered it, some fries, a pie, and a fuze tea. I ordered it as a scheduled delivery so I could get it for my lunch break at work. Went on my lunch break, check my phone, Hardee's has cancelled my order. I text UberEATS customer service. They inform me that it wasn't an error thru the app. The restaurant cancelled my order. I called the restaurant to see if there was an issue. They confirmed there was no issue, they are open until 10, and deliver until 9. I figured maybe it was because it was a scheduled order. So I had my fiance place the order for me to eat later, only to be informed that the order was not able to be placed on UberEATS or door dash. I'm assuming that because of the promotion, they shut down deliveries for the day. Overall, it was a horrible experience at this Hardee's. Ordered a double cheesburger and fries around 3:20pm. Restaurant wasn't busy. Pulled up to window, nobody acknowledged me for about 5 minutes, then finally a guy took my money, but didn't offer change and walked away, but left the window open. Overheard several employees talking about their personal lives while I waited. After several more minutes, he gave me my food, when I inquired about my change, he had an attitude about it, like I was the one who'd done something wrong.

At least the food was okay this time. The previous time, which had been about 6 months prior to this, the service was similar, and the food was awful, and obviously hadn't been prepared properly. After so much time, I thought maybe the problem employees would've been gone and it would be safe to visit again, but apparently not. I won't be back to...
