Hardee’s — Restaurant in Fort Smith

The best fast food hamburgers in Fort Smith, and they're tacos (that's right, I said "tacos"), which are five for five dollars plus tax, are better than the majority of fast food places in the area. No re-fried french fries or soggy, smashed burgers here. Prices on the items at the upper end of the menu may be a bit more than you are used to paying, but the difference in quality of product is easily noticeable. No assembly line looking burgers here, because Hardees uses natural Angus beef in their products. I haven't frequented their breakfast selection as often, but it isn't for lack of being tasty. The few times I have stopped in in the AM, the food was very good. Especially if you enjoy handmade from scratch biscuits to help start your day off. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the staff has always been extremely well mannered and courteous. Occasionally, you will go to sit down and the table or seat might have some crumbs on it, but I'd say that's pretty typical of any fast food establishment. Overall, if you can get passed spending two or three dollars more than you probably normally would for the same type of food (this refers primarily to the burgers), you can't go wrong with Hardees in Fort Smith...

I don't like doing negative reviews but sometimes you need to. I tried the new BLT Frisco Burger it's basically a bacon hamburger from Sonic because lettuce and tomatoes should be on sandwiches anyway The bacon usually cost extra. The picture of the advertisement shows a minimum of four pieces bacon and two slices of tomato It looks pretty good. I was really disappointed. Two slices of bacon and one slice of tomato and a leaf of lettuce. Absolutely nothing like the picture. Don't get me wrong The food is good I really like Hardee's but this meal was disappointing The food was good the service was excellent The atmosphere will had three or four employees standing around talking I'm pretty sure they were cussing but I'm not sure I wasn't really paying attention to them. So overall I'm giving it two stars because that sandwich was not worth $13...

Hello I'm ALLEN I must say I had the greatest service today at hardee's and 1 particular employee made my day normally she does whenever I come to hardee's her name is stacie but today was special when they brought my food to me I looked at it and called her over to look at my sandwich now yall want me to get full off just bread she smiled and said oh I apologize how would you like me to fix that I said just lil more of the meat she didn't hesitate to fix and correct it brought back out what I needed and delicious it was and perfect customer service she handled that I think if all employees wer like stacie it would be a better place stacie deserves a raise asap very sweet person she makes sure it's right and tour happy...
