This is the worst Chinese food I've ever had in my life. I ordered the pot stickers (which on their door dash account shows both fried and steamed but they don't give you an option), orange chicken dinner combo with what call fried rice and egg drop soup. It also came with an egg roll. The pot stickers were ok but clearly cooked from frozen. The egg roll wasn't the worst but they had a paper napkin at the bottom of the bag to collect the excess oil. I ate the egg roll and pot stickers and as stated, meh. Then I opened the soup. Never in my life have I see ANY egg drop soup have an orange grease color for the soup and clearly the same grease thickly coating the edge of the cup. You know the grease from a pepperoni pizza? It looks like that. The orange chicken was clearly old and reheated, it has 0 flavor even with sauce and it's all soggy and gross. The rice looks like they put 2 drops of soy sauce and some scrambled eggs. Again no flavor. The biggest issue is the soup because it smells rancid. How they have anything above a 3 star on door dash is beyond me. Health inspector should probably do a random visit.

Looks can be deceiving as from the outside, it doesn't look like much. The inside is nicely decorated and has pictures of some of the menu items. Rather small and cosy, it's not bad for a small meeting place or small groups. The food I got was amazing. The portions are huge, the food is hot and the prices reflect the quality. I was not disappointed. 10/10 would come back and would refer a friend. *EDIT 05-22-22* Three years of coming to this place and I still stand behind my review. The food is still amazing, the people here are wonderful and everyone is working hard to make sure your food is what you expect. While they clearly have had to mark up some pricing due to inflation, they still have great quality of service. I hope this place sticks around. Times are tough, and they are still thriving. *EDIT 12-17-23* Still the best, and will update every time I come here. They even have a new menu and new food which I am excited for. Keep going, you are all amazing.

I tried this place for the first time the other day before I even read the reviews. I was concerned after seeing what others had said, But went ahead and picked up my food anyway. The place was very clean, The woman was very nice and even helped me carry to my car. The food was better than I expected after what I read! I got the chicken curry while my daughter got sweet and sour chicken. Although it was slightly on the greasier side, It was still very good and I would actually order the same again! The four stars on the food were because the hot and sour soup had a really odd taste to it and I couldn't eat it. Her chicken was crisp and also got a good review so overall, I would say it's a place worth eating! Especially considering a lot of the places around town. One could say something similar and the food isn't as good! The egg rolls were also perfectly portioned and super crisp!

My wife and I went to this restaurant last week and were overall pleased with what we got. Iv read some of the other reviews, including the glaring one, and hopefully my input may be helpful to others. For starters, the food was good. Our favorite food item was the buns we ordered so I'd recommend that for future goers. Past reviewers have said that the service was poor but while I was there there was only one lady handling customer service including those dining in and drive through. She kept up with everything as much as she could and did a good job considering she wasn't getting any help so she deserves praise more than anything. My wife is from Taiwan and the two of them spoke some Mandarin during our visit and she's a very nice lady once we started talking. My wife explained to me that people from China tend to be much more direct than what we may be used to. Some reviewers have said that they felt rushed or pressured but I think that was just a combination of the language/culture barrier and the waitress genuinely trying to be an accommodating host so please keep that in mind; she means well and her heart is in the right place. I will be coming here again.

I would recommend this place to any one who is in the mood for casual Chinese food and willing to support small businesses. I would not recommend it for any one who expect to be waited on hand-and-foot and Gordon Ramsay himself to cook their meal at their table. If you're from a major population center where that might be the norm, welcome to Arkansas, things are a bit more humble here so kindly keep that in mind during your stay. I was born and raised in Fort Smith and have seen this restaurant change ownership several times. I would love to see this place be successful enough to become stable so if supporting small businesses is one of your...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hong Kong Restaurant and I must say, it was an experience to remember. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the rest of the evening.

First and foremost, let's talk about the food. Each dish was a masterpiece, crafted with care and attention to detail. The flavors were bold yet balanced, and every bite was a symphony of taste. I particularly enjoyed the house special rice and Mongolian beef , which were absolute standouts. The presentation was also impeccable, showcasing the chef's creativity and skill.

The ambiance of the restaurant was another highlight. The decor was elegant yet inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere for a memorable dining experience. Whether you're looking for a romantic evening or a lively gathering with friends, Hong Kong Restaurant caters to all occasions.

Of course, I can't forget to mention the impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. From recommendations on the menu to attentiveness throughout the meal, their professionalism was truly commendable.

Overall, my experience at Hong Kong Restaurant exceeded all expectations. It's not just a place to eat; it's an adventure for the senses. If you're looking for a culinary journey that will leave you craving more, look no further than Hong Kong Restaurant I can't wait to return and explore more of their tantalizing...
