Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Smith

While I appreciate the consistency of your menu offerings, I've had some challenges with my orders at your restaurant. There have been times when I've felt frustrated because my orders were not fulfilled accurately or efficiently. I believe that there might be room for improvement in your ordering system, perhaps by simplifying it or making it clearer for your staff to follow.

A kitchen full of women and they can’t get the order right! Not many people like Hawaiian pizza but I love it (and those that hate it can tell you exactly what goes on it)so I decided to treat myself this night. I ordered two pepperoni and two cheese pizzas for the rest of the family and one Hawaiian for me I’d have dinner and save the rest for lunch and possibly a snack for the next day. I asked for them in English and Spanish to add bacon that is the only added request so when my girlfriend brought me may slice I was in a dark room watching a movie I noticed that I couldn’t taste the bacon finished my slice and went myself to get the next oh to my amazement no fugging bacon they had ruined my dinner (do better Roberto...

If you are going to get Little Ceasars avoid this location like the plague! The past two times I ordered from this location the food was not walked out to us nor did the manager or any other employee walk out to our car to check if we ordered or if we are waiting on our food i had to walk up to the window with the recipt in hand and my order would be sitting there getting cold. The manager made excuse after excuse as to why the food was not walked out to our car and I am never ordering from this location or any Little Ceasars ever again.
