Food is what I can only describe as thrown together. Cheese not melted at all in a quesadilla??? Really.... the tostadas looked like they put the shell in the box and then grabbed a spoon full of beans and through it at the shell with half getting on the shell and the rest on the box.... not like the box was jarred but like paint slatter and only the splatter was covered with lettuce...see picture... order 6 and EVERY ONE was made that way... I tried to spread it out but that was a fail...
This is the 2nd time I have been and the 2nd 1 star review... no excuse... even a new hire has no excuse...
they said I could bring them back and have them replaced but I dont return food at any form of restaurant now a days because if they care so little to do even a D grade job I dont trust the maturity not to get upset and retaliate when they have to fix their laziness...
it is sad that managment is to being paid to not preform management duties like write ups and dismissal.
Being a store manager is more than ordering and scheduling and taking complaints. To be even a remotely effective manager you must be willing to set a standard and FOLLOW THROUGH... let applicants know right off the bat what you require for 5 star fast food service and the consequence of poor work ethic... A manager must also take valid complaints and make the store BETTER...
Offering a replacement is fine if it is every once in a while because things do happen... but not this often... and that's taking money away from the company...
The employee did a horrible job that could have EASILY BEEN DONE CORRECTLY and the manager instead of seeing the poor work ethic BLAMED the employee was in a rush when only 1 car was behind me only moments before I received my food...
because of a horrible oversight and denial by the manager failing to hold standards I blame the manager 100% for failing to preform basic management duties and consistently allowing employees to preform to standards lower than that of community kitchens... step up and set standards and hire replacements for your low work ethic employees... if the needed the job they would do better.....
Read moreI'm sharing my own experience at this Taco Bell location that I went to on July 31st 2018, I ordered the food on the website and payed for it as well on the website and then I received an email and text confirmation and order number, so then I went to the restaurant to pick up my order and the whole time I was thinking they probably won't have the food ready and waiting for me come pick it up and sure enough I walked in and looked on the counter and it wasn't there or ready or anything, so I told the cashier (Roger) that I had an internet order and he went back to check it and he came back and said that there's no order or anything, then I showed him the order # and text on my phone and he checked again and he still said he don't see any mobile orders, I was getting aggravated at this point because he was absolutely NO HELP TO ME WHATSOEVER, he didn't even offer any help or a free drink or anything for the inconvenience or confusion, so I went back in my vehicle & went back to my computer to physically get the printed receipt and then drive back to the Restaurant and then I asked (Roger) for the manager and so she came to the front counter and I showed the printed receipt and then after all that trouble and waiting and everything she says oh yeah that order came through and then left to go make the order, oooohhhhh I was not a happy camper at all!!!!!! And then Roger said that he didn't see the order, I never said another word to him at all and then they finally got my food ready and handed it to me and I checked it and then I left!!!! My point here is that the employees NEED TO BE PROPERLY TRAINED ON THE MOBILE ORDERS & OR INTERNET ORDERS, these people OBVIOUSLY...
Read moreLove TB food, but I will have to find another location - I have never in my life seen more human error and disorganized crews starting with the last six months.at this location. I have spoke with the new manager three times now about food orders at the pickup window that either have items omitted, or the order is completely wrong. My grandson and I go to TB about twice weekly on average, but no more. I am disabled, raising a grandchild, and I really do not appreciate having to return over and over for them to get the orders straight. It never used to be like this - it used to be smooth running with caring, friendly staff. Now it is a bunch of kids who stand around chatting, get the orders wrong, can't make change, the service is SO slow, and then the food order is rarely ever correct. The new female manager had the nerve to tell me to pull up a bit and check my order each time I came through - well, you know what? That's not my job to get the order right, it is THEIRS - and HERS! That order should come out of there correct and complete - I can forgive a mistake or two, but this has happened seven times in the last 4-5 weeks - I am beyond words. And tonight when I called the manager yet again to tell her my grandson and son were coming back to pick up two orders of cinnabons that they left out, she was downright rude and acted as if I was wasting her time. I'm done with that Taco Bell where I've been going for 30 years.....until they can get the crew straightened out and just be able to get ORDERS RIGHT. I've wasted so much gas on having to return over and over - this Taco Bell is a disgrace...
