El Super Taco — Restaurant in Fort Smith

EditThe owner needs to do something about the chick at the window attitude. Very nasty an ugly!! Since she started working there a while ago!! When ever the Senor works the window he's very nice and knows what customer service is. Y'all lost a lot of money from my family! 🤣 5 or 6 pounds of the shredded beef on one tostada??? The whole white box was filled with meat!! My guess is-its at closing time so they gave me what was going in the trash! Ewww 🤢 I have only ever been given tiny shreds of beef at this place. This speaks volumes!! I tossed it in the trash for them! We will NO longer ever go here again. On top of that, it's 15 dollars for carne asada nachos with ONLY meat and cheese!! Way over priced. The food here is amazing most of the time, but it's inconsistent. Service is the same way. There have been a few times the cheese dip was more like milk and inedible.

The current prices are not posted anywhere. On the menu food looks cheap, but I usually end up paying at least double what the price says. I've paid different prices for the same items on different visits. They never give you a receipt, unless you ask. On a few occasions they refused to give me a receipt, so I don't know what I was charged for each item.

It's understandable they've had to go up on prices, but it would be nice to know what the current prices actually are and to be charged the same each visit.

They are open late, which is convenient. I use to love this place and ate here often, but after so many bad experiences I avoid it unless it's late enough most other restaurants and drive thrus are closed. It is still...

My mom and I were Christmas shopping in fort smith from Oklahoma and we got hungry. We’re originally from California so we got excited when we saw they had a California burrito on the menu (a staple out west). I got the Cali burrito and two carnitas tacos my mom got a shrimp and beef burrito. Paid 27 bucks for everything.
