I ordered a medium coke from ap on 5/27. Ap advertise 50% off. It also shows price you will pay at discounted price. After payment, Apple Pay and ap showed me I paid full price at 2.51. I told carhop about it. She said she think there have been issues with ap, but she is not sure because she is new. She went inside to speak with manager. She came back out to say GM told her nothing can be done. I asked for her name and the managerās name so that I can contact company about my experience and to be refunded. I also did not take the drink from her. I took picture of her with the drink in her hand. She eventually gave her name, which is RENEE. I shouldnāt have to beg for anyoneās name at an establishment. I never got managerās name. Another carhop approached. I forgot to get her name, but she was a thin, white blonde with glasses. She asked would I like a manager and she will get one for me. Her and RENEE went inside. The blonde came back outside with receipt. She said manager told her nothing can be done. Manager said Iām supposed to add the 1/2 off whatever that means. I just bought a drink at 1/2 off on 5/25 with no issue. She apologized. Then, said the manager is CASEY and the owner is MIKEY. If Iām not refunded by Sonic, I will dispute...

We stopped by after school to get the girls 3 slushes and a sweet tea for me at happy hour, an order of cheddar peppers, and mozzarella sticks. After waiting 10+ minutes I pushed the button again and asked about the status of our order. They apologized and said that our food was mistakenly delivered to another car and it would be out soon. They finally brought our drinks and then the food. The carhop told us we would be given a $2 off coupon for our next visit so we waited for that to be brought out. When she came back she said they had run out of those coupons so instead she gave us the money back for our food plus a token for a free medium cherry limeade or soft drink. We gave both carhops that waited on us $1 each. We have waited before at other drive-thrus for even longer than we waited here and were never comped for the wait or even offered something for free. We appreciate the thoughtfulness towards the customer and will continue to visit this specific Sonic instead of the one that is only a half mile...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was going to avoid mentioning my wait, but after seeing so many others with the same issues I'll speak up in hopes of pressuring corporate to pay enough to get more people hired here. I've placed ASAP orders using the app at this sonic twice and arrived within 5 minutes, and both times I've had to wait 20+ minutes for my food while I watch people who arrived after me be served and leave (and usually I only order a drink and one other item). Both times the screen said someone was bringing out my order, but after waiting another 10 minutes I'd ring them up and it's "magically" the next one out, every time.
Well this exact scenario happened the other day, and to top off my 30 minute wait the one breakfast burrito I ordered was missing eggsš¤¦š»āāļø. Only felt like writing this review because whoever was the blue shirt manager around 6pm on Oct 11th made the best replacement burrito id ever had. I worked at Sonic before and 100% could tell from the fresh sausage crumble vs. a chopped up patty she went above and beyond with it....
