My boyfriend and I came in and ordered our food and sat down and ate. They didnt have a few things we wanted like a certain type of bread, but that wasnt even a problem for us, we said "no problem, we will take the other", no big deal. We were in a good mood ordering and said thank you for everything after asking for condiments. We thought the service was good. We sat down and openned our food. I did find a small hair in mine, but I'm not really they type of person to complain about that. We started eating our food and talking about our day and conversation about some guy that messaged me on fb and he didnt like that. While we're talking the lady at the front wiping down the food station, the one that had just made our food leaned over the glass towards us and started saying something and at first I didnt realize she was talking to us. So I looked at her and started listening to what she was saying. She said, with an attitude out of nowhere, "I do have 2 pieces of wheat, but we keep those incase we get a call in order and since you're in front of me I can tell you we dont have that." I asked her why she felt the need to tell me that and she said she needed to defend herself. I told her we never said anything about our bread being a problem to her or to eachother. She then yelled at me saying again she needed to defend herself and I asked her for her name. She wasnt wearing a name tag and she said why and I told her I thought the whole situation was ridiculous and I was going to be leaving a review. She said just say the fat lady. I dont feel the need to randomly be rude to people and I told her that I wasnt going to say that. I then said, "even if we did say something to eachother about the bread, which we didnt, that's no way to speak to a customer whether you feel the need to defend yourself or not."
If I do get a response from someone I didnt get her name, but I did get a picture of her. I dont want her to get fired no matter how much she deserves it, but she needs to know she cant just assume someone is talking about her and insert herself into their conversation and start yelling at them. I like subway and I dont like having to choose between not going just because some locations are not trained or run out of everything or just simply don't care to help or do anything ... its stressful

The 2nd time we got there a little before our order was supposed to be done and waited in our car, we were the only ones outside & no one came in or out of the store. My husband went in to go grab our order as it said ready in the app & they tried to say that someone must have taken it. They conveniently found the receipt by the printer & realized they hadnāt even started the order yet. The 3rd time, just today, they made our order right by adding the meats & cheese & bread choices & then after toasting, they flipped our sandwiches & put the wrong toppings on both. When they realized their mistake, instead of fixing it, they took the jalapeƱos off of my husbandās bread and put it on my italian herbs and cheese to try to pass it off as his sandwich. PATHETIC!! I would understand if they made an honest mistake, but all of the jalapeƱos from the new spicy bread had been plucked off and put on top of my sandwich. For context we both ordered the same meat & sauces, but different bread, cheese and toppings. So when they messed up the sandwiches, it had the wrong bread, cheese, & toppings, so we had to fish out all the wrong toppings and switch them.
