Wendy's — Restaurant in Fort Smith

I love this store, have for a very long time I love Robert "Bob" there, known him since I was a little hellion in junior high, and I know how he expects his store to operate. Given this, it's a totally different operation at night when he's not there. Ordered a salad with extra chicken, and when called out about the extra chicken rather than de-escalate the situation, they rather moan groan and ARGUE that we don't know what we're talking about, yet my wife worked there for a couple years, and I myself have spent the better half of a decade around the company, and we can clearly identify that our suspicions were correct, we did not get our extra chicken. But it doesn't end here folks... My fries and burger, oh only the finest quality cold food you'll ever eat, yeah, because that's what you want to sit down and eat after working 14 hours. Great job guys, really classy work (queue sarcastic theme song.) Bob, again, I love you, but this is the 2nd time we've been treated like this on the night shift and I will address you...

Went to eat there cause my husband was in er I hadn't ate all day and I'm diabetic well I went in cause it was so hot out side yesterday .well I ordered a bacon cheeseburger then the $5 bag I ordered I went and sat down and waited for 10 mins never got my food I went to the counter and stood thier for 5 mins and they were all on break I guess we'll they finally came up to me I said I never got my food well it was setting there by the frys instead of cooking fresh the girl took the nuggets out of the bag and acted like she got one by the fryer but she put same nuggets in my bag I asked them to cook my order over cause I didn't want the cold food .the manager finally came to me I told him what was wrong and I told him I would like my money back . When iam at hospital I always eat there and this was the first time this has happened to me .the food is always good and by the way I was there only customer.there also so they wasn't busy .I won't be back when I got my food the hamburger had so much mayo on it the mayo was...

The food was not near the quality of Hardee's where we normally go as the portion sizes seem smaller and the whole presentation was so much more of what was not well put together nor was there as much of what appeared to be quality in an amount that we would deem to be acceptable for the money you have to pay for it. Hardee's makes their own buns fresh every day as well as providing generous portion and the fries are pretty good as they seem to be naturally cut style fries, but the main thing is the size of the actual product and the amount of the veggies and things that you get on the burger that seems to be the difference, but not the only thing because the burger presentation just doesn't look quite as good and Wendy's knows what they're doing when they cut corners and people like me catch it and scream and shout to the rooftops that we will never be back and especially not because of all the unprofessional behavior of the people...
