Look, I usually give this place a five star. But I had to reduce the stars here. I came in here last night and they did the same thing today. Y'all are skimping on putting on mustard and ketchup on your quarter pounders and probably your other burgers. Y'all have never done this before. No other McDonald's has done this before. So I asked for extra mustard and ketchup on my burger via the self checkout. Instead of putting the mustard and ketchup on the burger they threw the mustard and ketchup packets in the bag. What is the point of that when you have the ketchup and mustard guns in the back. I don't even understand this one. At the same time the employees are not very attentive during the day shift as of late. Talking amongst each other and playing on their cell phones. I'm sorry but, why can't people get through a damn shift without their damn cell phones. This needs to stop with the cell phone. It's probably affecting their productivity and the way they build the burgers. Please bring back good tasting burgers by putting on the regular amount of mustard and ketchup that you're supposed to. I will be back. Whether you change my mind about this place and it being my last time here, is up to you. You got to change things to the way they were. There's only started happening recently because I come through here a couple of times a month. Yes I'm a truck driver. And I depend on this location quite a bit. I would have thought after this onion fiasco and making people sick across the country, y'all would be trying to impress people to come back right now. As far as management goes, this is gross and confidence. And I'm speaking as a store manager that I was for 25 years. You just went through a horrible time with that publicity, and you're not doing everything you can to win back your customers. Orders took forever to arrive, and were incomplete and incorrect both times. On the first occasion, Adrian did a great job compensating for the errors, but he wasn't there in the second occasion. In response to errors the second time, the manager on duty gave us major attitude, and while he ultimately compensated for the errors and omissions from our order, advised us "Maybe next time you'll order at the counter, since you have trouble with the kiosk." No, you dimwit, maybe y'all can FIX THE KIOSK and FIX YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE so that there things listed on the kiosk as available to select are ACTUALLY AVAILABLE TO ORDER and that you INFORM US when things aren't included in an order rather than allow us to pay for items we can't have without actually receiving them! This is so basic, and should not need to be spelled out. Kudos to Adrian for a job well done. We went through the drive through and ordered a 10 piece nugget meal with hot mustard dipping sauce, 1 mcdouble, & a 2 cheeseburger meal. Pretty simple right? Should be INCREDIBLY simple for a place advertising $14/hour minimum wages for their employees. Apparently not. We were missing the mcdouble all together and had BBQ sauce instead of Hot Mustard. We let the person at the window know our order was wrong and that we were missing the mcdouble and had the wrong sauce. The girl at the window said okay & came back a few minutes later with a mcdouble and another employee that said âwe donât have hot mustardâ. Why on Earth would you not say that when we ordered, or when we asked for the sauce a second time? Instead you just throw a random sauce in the bag? Why do employees that canât even deliver super basic customer service get $14/hour? Absolutely ridiculous. I guess I ordered a side of incompetence...
