Over the years, service and products have increasingly worsened!!! Prices unreasonably increased while staff demeanor and service by staff has lost any appearance of professionalism. Price/food portion balance has become undeniably unrealistic. 1/3 burger should Not be so high, that buying ingredients at stores will be more budget friendly. Average value meal should not exceed $6.50 without individual specific arrangement. Milkshakes should be available in same portion sizes as other common drink sizes, and should not be made with cheap nor lean mix quality. Orange juice should not be hardet to afford than other beverage selection. Managers should be trained to be more professional and allowed to individually manage staff in order to adjust training and standards between separate locations. Promotions need to be completely audited and adjusted to fit locations. District management needs annual training, and allowed/encouraged to individualize unit evaluation and staff accountability operations. District, regional, and franchise management personnel need be reachable to customers who have issues with their locations. Just because one state/national region prefers/operates a particular pattern/menu assortment, should not be forced onto every other location! California standards and menus should not be pushed on Midwest locations, nor other regions. NYC management/ingredient% operation style Shouldn't be forced onto TN locations. Whatever any state/region selected, should Not be pressured on outside states/regions!!! Prices should be adjusted individually to a maximum 15 mile radius of branch location. So lower income locations are better able to operate and possibly compete, while...
Read moreI tried to order a Candied Bacon Frisco burger but was not able to. I ordered online and when I got to the window I asked if I could just pay for the upcharge for them to add it to the sandwich. They said I would have to purchase a snack pack which is almost half the price of the burger itself. I asked if they could just make my my sandwich with it on there already since it comes with bacon anyway. I just wanted the Candied Bacon and was willing to pay the difference. The drive-thru employee just kept saying she didn't know how to do that. I asked to speak with the manager and she refused to come to the window to help me. I came inside to get assistance and was ignored. She came up and helped other customers but kept ignoring me. When I said someone she said that she was busy and couldn't stop what she was doing to help me. I told her that was rude of her being that I'm a paying customer and was here first, especially when she stopped what she was doing to help others. She finally came to ke and was short with me stating that since I ordered online that they aren't affiliated and there's nothing she could do. I asked her for all of my troubles and as a customer service measure if she could just swap out the regular Bacon for the Candied Bacon? She said no and walked away. The drive-thru employee just stood there not knowing what to do. It was a horrible experience and I will jot be returning. I will like my money back for the horrible service I received. Other customers were there confused as to why she couldn't assist. She's a general manager to boot. Dannie I was told. (Not sure how...
Read moreI stopped in for breakfast on 03/28/2024. I ordered the loaded omelette sandwich combo. What I was given was a smashed biscuit with what looked to be an egg and maybe cheese. When I brought it back inside the young Man came up to the counter and I explained to him that I had ordered the number one. He looked at the sandwich and said “ this is the number one “ I have had the number one several times before. I told him that there isn’t any meat on it. He took the sandwich tore it open and said there’s some meat right there, and walked away. I stood there mouth open not sure of what had just happened. I tried several times to get him to come back and he kept looking at me and turning away. I asked an employee if she could get the manager for me, and she told me that “that was the manager that just spoke with me.” I was dumbfounded. She went back there and told him that I wanted to speak with him and he told her that he has already spoken to me and walked away from her. The cashier that initially served me came over and asked if she could help me, and before I could say anything she blurted out “THIS IS THE NUMBER ONE!” At that point I asked for a refund. She told me to get the drink and the receipt, which I did and she slammed everything into the trash can. She then refunded me the money. I thanked her and left the store NEVER to return. I worked for nearly twenty years in the Food Service industry and I have never once treated a customer in...
