Smoothie king — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

I ordered for several people at work. They gave me the drinks at the drive thru... which looked identical ...and the drive through person couldn't tell them apart so we had no idea what was what. A girl (who I'll call the manager) came over and started marking the drinks and telling me that she knew what was what because of the order in which they were on the counter. However what she didn't see was that before she came up the girl at the counter had moved everything around trying to figure things out...i even had one of the drinks already in the car!....thus the manager was guessing and just marking everything incorrectly. The worst part was the manager acted like I had done something wrong for asking which drink was which. Super rude super ridiculous. You'd think maybe they'd label them as they come out when they have a big order I guess they're just used to making a couple of drinks at a time. WARNING! if you have a big order you need to guide them through the process because they don't...

I went through the drive-through one evening with my two granddaughters and bought them both a Chocolada one of them was complaining that it had chunks in it I didn’t really pay attention but the red straw had been chopped up inside of the smoothie. (See photo) I called because I was concerned that it might happen to another child. I spoke with a manager and told her what had to happen and all she said was The mixer is never close to the straws. Obviously this mixer was close to the straw probably tried to mix it with a straw in it or something but I just don’t want it to happen to another child I’m concerned that my granddaughter may have drank some straw already. My hope is that the owner will see this post and talk to the employees about the dangers of letting this happen I’m not looking for a refund or anything like that just safety...
