Terrible experience. Five Guys has children solicitors outside their facility asking you for money. Worse yet, you walk in to order and those boys run up to the counter while you're ordering and interrupt the transaction! I paused - stepped back and let the boys and the cashier Sha finish the interruption. Once the boys were done chatting with a cashier, the cashier looked at me and said I could then pay because this happened halfway through our transaction. After the cashier took my money he proceeded to go stand behind the bun that was clearly mine ready to put the sandwich together without gloves. The entire experience was as unprofessional as it could possibly be and when I asked for my money back - I had to debate with the manager who felt it was all just fine how it went down. She refused to give her name and said I shouldn't be leaving a negative review - so she would not give it. I was a FREQUENT consumer of this Five Guys and always tolerant of the "teen like" behavior but today I am so done going to this place .. If you want to go to a teenage run facility and feel treated like you're just a number - this is...
Read moreI haven’t had a bad experience with five guys when eating there, but the staff working around 7:40 pm on Jan 31 gave us a bad experience. Didn’t put the correct toppings that were requested on two junior bacon cheeseburgers that were order. We also requested another bunless burger, but when we received our food, it was not in the bag (gave us an empty container instead). We confirmed that to the cashier to have the bunless burger twice as well. Fries were not done well. Also cashier and his buddy were just unprofessional (smirking and talking to each other while we were placing our order). Pretty much had no excuse to have a bad experience like this since the location was well staffed. Probably will not go to five guys on Jefferson anymore and will only go to...

Food: Their bacon cheeseburger always hits the spot, and there are plenty of toppings to choose from. I think their fresh fries are pretty good, but the pale in comparison to their burgers. They sure do give you plenty of them. You could split a large between 3 people. Drinks: They have the new coke machines, if that's your thing. This location has milkshakes. Service: Always friendly. You get a ticket, and they yell your number when your order is ready. Atmosphere: Clean and casual; the walls are lined with accolades from various publications. When complete your order, the cashier yells to the cooks how many patties to put down. I think...
