Two Sixty BBQ — Restaurant in Fort Wayne

I came here on a Sunday at noon and ordered 1 order of brisket tacos and then asked for 2 bagels to-go to eat at home, since they were out of lox. I was very excited to eat here, but unfortunately I was very disappointed. I waited nearly 40 minutes for my tacos—one of the staff came up and apologized to me for the wait because they were catering a private event at the same time, but that is just not an excuse to neglect all of your regular patrons! If the kitchen can’t handle both normal customers and private events, then just close off the restaurant for private events.

When my tacos finally came out, they were warm but not hot. The brisket was well-cooked and flavorful, so I’d be willing to come back for the bbq if the wait hadn’t taken so long.

It took over an hour from when I put in my order to get the bagels. I had to go up to ask what was going on and how much longer the wait would be when one of the staff then came over to say my bagels were still baking. ??? I didn’t ask for a bagel sandwich — just two basic bagels, with no cream cheese. They had NONE ready on a Sunday at noon? Why not tell me upfront that it would take an hour to make two bagels from scratch?

The food here is good but I think they need to work out some kinks in...
