This location has been on a consistent decline over the last year or so, in food quality, value for dollar, and overall service attitude. I got my son and I lunch today to go, my son likes the kids quesadilla meal with carnitas, but as kids are want to do he wants his carnitas on the side and not on his quesadilla. I have not had an issue with any other locations in our vicinity with putting the meat on the side, however with this location they charge me for a full side of carnitas simply for the amount that you would normally get on the quesadilla itself. This effectively takes a $6 meal to $10 after tax, this is simply unreasonable. But even asking for the protein on the side seems to be an inconvenience on the staff on the line, they don't want to do it. I know it is a directive from the current management not to do it, so I want to be fair to the line staff, as that they don't want to do something they've been directed not to do. However, this type of request is not unreasonable and many other restaurants make the same kind of accommodations without question. Secondly, and this is my first encounter with this issue, I ordered a bowl with white rice and no beans and will normally receive a full scoop of rice, today I received roughly the same size scoop my son received in his side for his kids meal. When asked for a little more rice, I was met with, "so you want extra rice?". Sensing that question is going to lead to me being charged for extra rice, I declined and went about the rest of my order. The value for dollar piece is big, I know prices have risen for good reason, but when prices rise and the offered portions get smaller, it's just not a good value for the customer any longer. I will gladly drive a little further out of my way to the Alliance or Southlake locations to receive a meal with the portion that meets to value I am paying, to have rice that is fully cooked, and to not receive the attitude that they cannot accommodate a change in the order process without it seeming like an inconvenience or requires an upcharge. I apologize for the long review, but I, like many others writing reviews it seems, feel that Chipotle leadership need to know and look into this locations services and practices. I love Chipotle, have for decades and will continue to be a patron, just not this...
Read moreI visited this Location Friday December 17th at about 7:20pm. Surprisingly there wasn't a line but a couple was waiting patiently on Black beans. The food line had Old spilled food all over the counter. When the beans were replenished, the server attempted to take my order. He forgot about the couple waiting. I requested a bowl with Barbacoa. Well the meat was in one big chunk so I asked the server to break it up. He grabbed the meat with the tongs but when the meat didn't break up he grabbed it with his hands to break up the meat. I told him that I wasn't eating that since you touched. He then put the meat back in the pot. OMG, that means someone else ate it. Yuck! You're not supposed to grab my food with your hands even if you have gloves on. He had been touching the counter and wiping his face with his hands. CHIPOTLE, please take this seriously before you have another contamination issue. I simply told him nevermind and walked out. This location is consistently nasty, unorganized and has poor service. I guess I did them a favor by walking out... I might just pop in to take pictures to show proof next time. I used to LOVE CHIPOTLE but these bad experiences take the taste out of my mouth...
Ok, so today in November 17th, 2024. This location is a joke almost every time I visit. They poorly placed the containers in my bag which caused salsa to leak in my bag. When I arrived home, I grabbed my bag and bam, everything went to the ground. I almost cried. My food is outside on the ground. I frantically rushed back to the location to explain was happened after leaving just 15 minutes ago. The lead/manager wanted to debate what was on my order and asking me for a receipt covered in salsa. Quit messing up so you don't have to distrust what I'm saying actually happened. I swear, I'm losing my taste for the BS with Chipotle, the food quantity, and the lack of...
Read moreI have not had Chipotle in over 8 years if not more. I went there for the first time last night and am so grossed out. I almost walked out when we arrived. Every single table was dirty and there were only 3 customers in front of me and one family of 4 seated. Literally, every single table was dirty with food leftovers. We took our food to go so we didn't have to eat there and I should have gone with my gut and left. We arrived home to eat and after a few bites, I suddenly felt a hair in my mouth. I pulled it from my mouthful of food and set it aside. I have blond hair, unlike my photo posted which is older and this hair was extremely long and dark. I told myself, it is just one hair...get a grip. I took one more bite then the next one delivered me another long dark hair that was mixed in all my food. Photos for reference. That is two long hairs mingled together with cilantro mixed in. Talk about disgusting. I couldn't eat anymore so after spending nearly $30 this food was thrown in the trash by both my husband and I. I tried to call the location and no answer. I will be going further up to report the state of the restaurant and this experience as I want my money back. To come back after so many years of not eating here and giving it another shot and experience not only the disgusting state of the store but to have hair in my food not once, but two hairs is disgusting and just solidified I will never return. The staff was friendly and kind, but I will say even the expo area was gross. Food everywhere with no one wiping the sides for...
