Would really appreciate the owner replying on this review .Me, my wife and our child was there today at their Keller TX location on Sunday, September 14 2025. for lunch. Worst tasting Indian food I have had in my 30 years living in the DFW area. We ordered a simple Masala Dosa, onion chili uthappam and aloo puri sabzi and custard apple and a Chiku milkshake. This is probably the worst tasting horrible Indian food I’ve had in my last 30 years living in the Dallas Fortworth area. Even my 4-year-old made an ugly vomiting face when we try to feed him their food . Completely tasteless bland food . Sad that such a restaurant exists in our beloved Keller .They don’t offer coconut chutney with their masala dosa or utappams. . The Subzi for the aloo puri subzi was the filling which goes in masala dosas !!!! I would not even call it Indian cuisine honestly. We should’ve guessed this place has horrible food as we were the only customers on a Sunday lunch day!!!. My total bill was 47.47 or so with a tip of 10% totaling to $52.47 or so. The customer has to pick the food himself from where their payment counter is. There was no service of any kind and they have the audacity to ask for a tip at the checkout consol at the time of checkout!!!! still, money was not the issue. I have no clue why this place is in business. Please do not go there and waste your hard earned or even easily earned money. The girls who work there don’t even bother to ask you how their food is or anything, not even the owner who was sitting there bothered to ask us if we like the food or not but out of pity I paid them. A Masaladosa./ Uthappam and Aloo Puri are very simple to make dishes and. If you cannot make them even edible, I would be very apprehensive trying anything else in the restaurant. This is our third time going to this restaurant. The first two times, the food was just okay! Today I ordered a mysore masala dosa with “half the amount of paste” as I have the past two times. The dosa came out wayyy too spicy. There was too much red pepper flakes that even my husband couldn’t eat it. I took it to the counter and told him it was too spicy and asked if they could remake it for me. A lady (I believe is the owner’s wife) came out & said she put “a half spoon of spice paste” and that I shouldn’t order mysore masala dosa next time if I can’t take the heat!!! I told her I’ve ordered the same order for the past two times and didn’t have a problem both times. She went in the kitchen and I left the plate on the counter. She came out after about 15 minutes with a plain dosa and asked me to take the masala out of the spicy mysore masala dosa and eat it with the cold chutney & sambhar that was left on the counter for the past 15 minutes!!!!!!! The plain dosa was wayy too salty that I couldn’t even eat it. We dumped everything in the trash, paid for everything, and then left. We go to Indian restaurants all the time and never had such bad experience EVER! The only reason we came back even with mediocre service was because we like to support small businesses and we’re new to the area. We would’ve gladly paid the extra $11 for another dosa if they’re so petty with the amount of masala and chutney they serve. We eat out multiple times a week already! But the way they treated an unhappy customer was unacceptable for any business. We don’t mind driving to our usual restaurants where we get great service. You just...

I dont even know where to start. The amount they charge is way overprized for the quantity they serve but still i order from them cos thats the only indian restaurant near my house. I typically order via ubereats. Out of the last 4 orders, they messed up the order on 3 occasions ( items missing) in a span of 2 weeks and when i call them, they either ask me to come & pick it up ( which takes me 45 mins round trip) or refund me the money for that item. The first two occasions, i accepted the refund. But today ( the third time they messed up the order) i was furious & called them and asked them if they playing a joke on me. The owner said he will deliver the food himself and got my address. After 15 mins, i get a call saying he cannot find his car and hence cannot deliver the food. Pathetic !!! This made me really angry and I demanded refund not just for the item but the money i lost which comprises of the ubereats service charge, delivery charge & tip i paid. They say its not their concern. Luckily ubereats was able to resolve my issue. Have some shame and stop providing such substandard service to your customers. You lost a customer today.
