I got into this store the first time. No customers were in line except for three teenagers dining inside at the table. I waited for about 5mins in the ordering area up front. No body greeted and a skinny short hispanic lady wearing no glasses who is up front preparing a burrito and wrap didnt say any welcoming word. I waited up in front for 5minutes. There is a guy who was a cashier wiping up the food counter beside the lady, making the counter look neat and clean but never entertained or even ask what im going to order so i stood there,waited more. When the hispanic short skinny lady was almost done preparing the burrito, another staff from the kitchen looked at the amount of food of every kind and went back to to the kitchen. Later when the girl was done wrapping the burrito she just loooked at me and as if she is mute . I ordered a chicken bowl and there were still plenty of food on display . After those waiting and observation of what the staff were doing, finally the short skinny lady accomodated me. She stared with no apologies she just looked at me waiting for what i might have to order. With that impression alone and for all the staff present there and behind her in the kitchen , it seemed so wrong and very odd to me that i came to this lifeless place. I gave her my order which was the chicken bowl and she shorted me for almost each part especially the chicken, except for the rice. When she added the chicken, she filled the spoon about a quarter and that was all she gave me. I was hoping she add more and she gave a look without anything that came out from her mouth ,I looked at her with a crinkled brow including the cashier who was a young guy. I didnt say any word, because their actions spoke so loud that all of it was short. Short of customer service and shortened all the food. But each food containers on display were 70-80% full. I didnt say any word the cashier only spoke with how much i will pay and thats about it. I was totally upset with the experience and the fact that i paid for what is due, i feel they donāt value what they do and they dont make one customer feel valued. Just because i was the only one ordering at that, theyre like mute and vigorless. My entire dish lacked a lot of every part. The employees are terrible. They need more customer service seminar especially that lady who scooped and prepared the food with no enthusiasm, who short filled the laddle to every part. She seem to be not happy in her work, and yes she and the rest of the crew that day make customers unsatisfied. In short this is a terrible store branch. Its a lifeless dead place. But at this point I'll be submitting a review on their app every time it happens to see if they'll talk to whoever is making these Togo orders. This is not a every time thing but it does happen more often than not. I order around the same timeframe so I feel like I'm catching some hateful kids shift. Last bit of this review is my confirmation that I'm being singled out. A little background: I ask for extra portions. Only eat once a day and work long stressful hours. Half of my days I'll order something online and try to get a large portion because once I'm home, I'm home. Chipotle is probably my favorite food if you judge by how often I eat it. I frequently order from here and feel like when a specific person is working they see my name on the order and think "f this guy". Half of the time when i ask for extra rice, i will actually get a half portion. Less than a normal scoop. Happened again just now and tired of keeping my mouth shut. Asking for extra sauce (because sometimes they'll put very little sauce on it) will turn my bowl into a soup. It's like someone is offended you asked and since they don't see my face while im ordering it they feel free to do this. Again, I order online frequently and rarely put up a fuss over what I get. I mean things get missed when you're working and have had a long day, sometimes the rice is running out and you gotta conserve, I get it. But the soup is a but much so I tend not to ask for extra sauce anymore because some employee is unhappy and can easily ruin the bowl. Im pretty sure the "extra" request is how this persons grudge started but I definitely feel singled out at this point just when they see my name. I even tested my theory by having my girlfriend order a bowl separately but at the same time. Her bowl had extra rice as requested. I asked for extra sauce and rice and my bowl turned out to be a nearly riceless bowl of sour cream and hot sauce soup. And without fail, ever time we test this, it happens. This sometimes even happens when we order together. My girl is then sharing her bowl with me because I got a half a bowl. As good as chipotle is, this person usually makes me regret I ordered it. I placed a pickup order for 12:45pm. Got there early at 12:40 and waited around for a good 15 minutes. After seeing the line move through a couple of times I asked if they were working on pickup orders. The lady assured me that they were working on them in the back and it would be out soon. After about 30 minutes past my pickup I got another worker involved and he said he would check on it in the back. He comes out 5 minutes later and tells me their system has been down and none of the orders came through... He then tells me the only option is to get in the back of the line and wait. I along with a few others with the same pickup time have no choice (because we've already paid and the app has already charged us) another 20 minutes while the line passes. I ended up getting my 12:45pm pickup meal at 1:45pm, waiting a full hour. No apologies were given, no "sorry we messed up" - when I got to the cashier the same guy acted like I had inconvenienced him and said "ok youre good now, bye". Unacceptable. Long time Chipotle customer but I refuse to go back to any Chipotle until I hear back and they attempt to...
