Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Great location for families and parties, we stopped here on a whim because it was the closest to our location at the time and had some gluten free options for one of our party.

It's a bit loud, but not unexpected for this kind of location. Atmosphere is good, tables, seats, and floors were mostly clean. Bathroom probably needs a bit of renovation, but not terrible considering the age of the building. It's good, not great but good.

The food was good for a buffet style place. Options were a bit limited, but decent. Salad bar was ok, but could use more protein options to add, I.E. pepperoni, cooked chicken, and similar protein pizza toppings.

Service was great, and staff was very helpful and patient. Patience for tired travelers in a new location is a must. This is huge, as service is your business, and employees are your company despite numbers and sales tickets. Make sure you give them all at least a few cents raise this quarter.

Speaking of service, when my daughter had trouble with the prize machine giving out the wrong item, a staff member actually diagnosed that the machine was still malfunctioning, and rectified the problem by getting her the prize she had chosen.

On reflection, due to the friendliness, helpfulness, and patience of tired travelers, I've upgraded my initial three stars to 4.

2023 Review- Great customer service. I noticed there was less meat and cheese on some of the pizza's. Ranch for salad was excellent not sure what their using this time, but please keep it. I'm giving them 5 stars because the buffet is always well maintained and full. Lastly, ordering a custom made pizza is fast and easy.

2022 Review- $3.14 buffet deal today, but employee had no idea. I feel there needs to be morning meetings discussing promotional deals. Overall the buffet was good and my pizza's were delicious. The only thing I wouldn't order again is the deep dish pizza.

2022 Review-Most of my pick-up order was wrong. I'm glad i checked everything before I walked out. I asked for a refund for my wings because the flavor I ordered was wrong and the toppings on my pizza were also wrong. I'm not sure what was going on this time, but I should've received a refund on my pizza also. They actually wanted me to wait for them to correct the mistake. I shouldn't have to wait 30 more minutes, for y'all to correct a very simple order. I will stick with the buffet if I return, but please stop putting soo much butter on the cinnamon rolls.

I usually dont go to this location and when i have in the pass it was with a group. It was a typical visit as for what my last visits had been over the last year. The pizza was like card board with little taste or meat, just a lot of bread. This day was out of ranch dressing for the salad and no pickles. They did not keep a varity of pizza or very much. I am sure that was because it was a week day at 3pm in the afternoon. They were not busy. I had the option of ordering a specific pizza but i was on limited time and sometimes they can takeva long time for special orders. The restaurant appear to be clean and i cant say the staff was bubbling with enthusiasm. They was just going about their business. It's not all about the money to me, they have very reasonable prices but i look at the quality of the environment and the quality of the food.
