This might be the worst service I have ever received! I ordered a delivery and after 40 minutes I called trying to figure out when it would arrive because the app said it was going to be there 20 minutes before. I spoke with one young man who was very nice and seemed very new. He wasn’t sure how to help so I asked to speak to a manager. The manager I spoke with was very rude as I was trying to explain to him that the situation was not okay. He said that he could remake the pizza because it had been sitting there for 20 minutes and I said that would be ridiculous if he didn’t remake the pizza. After this he got very upset and told me he was going to refund my order. I asked several times for him not to do that because we had already been waiting 40 minutes and didn’t really want to order from somewhere else. I also asked for his name and he said “I don’t have to give you my name” I’m guessing because he knew if I got his name I would make a bigger fuss. He then said that he cancelled my order and then hung up on me.
I understand being busy and things not going as planned but if a customer is calling just trying to get an actual time on when the order would be delivered and a “manager” gets so frustrated that they cancel a paying customer’s order it’s kind of ridiculous and just horrible customer service.

Read moreI think it's about time they go ahead and shut down this location because it just isn't getting better and it's obvious the franchise owner doesn't care. Like others, over the last couple of months I've ordered (3 separate occasions), only to get a call right away stating they had no drivers and it may be a couple of hours before I get my pizza and obviously declined. I figured we'd try one last time last weekend, because we prefer Dominos pizza over all others. I ordered, and tracked through the app. Good news! It was in the oven, taken out, and then being checked for quality, so my pizza would be here eminently. Wrong! One hour later I called up there to see where my pizza was and they stated that the driver was out delivering multiple pizzas and mine would be picked up soon. Again, I just cancelled and am done. The communication from this location is absolutely horrible. Oh guess what? I immediately called Papa John's, which is right next door, and I had my pizza in 20 minutes, like clockwork. I'm so tired of businesses blaming COVID and lack of people for incompetence and lack of sheer business savvy. You don't think Papa John's has the same issue with employees, yet they figure it out. The tracker said it was stilling in “quality assurance.” I called to see if that was accurate and the Manager- Debra said that it was still there and they were waiting on a driver. I asked if that was acceptable since this has already been ready for an hour and her reply was, “would you like me to cancel or remake?” I asked if they remade it, then by that time the driver would be back and that it might be longer since they probably wouldn’t wait if they had another delivery and she replied with “yes.” Terrible customer service, I do acknowledge that she offered to remake it, but that does nothing for me with the wait time we have already had. Not looking for a free meal, but would like some sort of communication if it’s taking longer than usual because at that point we could have opted to pick up the pizza instead of waiting. Unapologetic, rude and flat out disrespectful!
