Fiesta Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Fort Worth

THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD AT A RESTAURANT.

We got seated within ten minutes, the downside is that we got seated with two other people for a table that seats 6 (WHICH WE GOT CHARGED AN AUTOMATIC TIP BECAUSE OF IT). When our food came out, we hadn’t gotten everything. We waited for about 20+ minutes for my friends shrimp, and my tortillas. Still hadn’t come after the 20 minutes, tried flagging workers down but they looked at us, and ignored us. When we finally got our waitress to come talk, we told her about how he still haven’t gotten all over food and she said “I will go tell the woman” which the woman is literally herself, my friend proceed to ask for a refill which he never got for another 30 minutes. When we finally got the rest of the food, he still hadn’t gotten his drink. Instead of the red restaurant cup that he was using, they actually ended up giving that to somebody else and gave him a to go cup instead. At that point, we never even gotten our utensils yet so we had to wait for an extra 15+ minutes for that as well. By the time that we had gotten everything, the original Plate of rice and beans and main entrée was very very cold so we asked her to go boxes instead. Then we went to go check out, I looked at my tab and somehow my $35 max order turned into $54.20, I looked at the itemized receipt and they told me that The margarita that I ordered (which was small) was apparently a “jumbo margarita” I told them that I didn’t even get a jumbo one and they said “oh it’s the same price” OKAY SO WHY DIDNT YOU GIVE THE JUMBO SIZE??? And then I notice that they added a $9.20 some dollar tip on their own accord that I NEVER APPROVED! I go home and go to sleep only to wake up at 3:22 AM and throw up because the fish I tried from my friends plate made me sick because it was not 100% cooked. The fish did taste funny but I thought maybe it was maybe the batter. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WILL NEVER GO BACK. Want to mention we are white and I think this is also why we got the treatment that we did. Not to mention the people that were behind us kept sending alchoholic drinks back because they were no good and said they won’t pay for it. We got low quality food with low quality service at a high price that was NOT worth it. I also want to mention that at check out they were trying to overcharge my friend after he said it was already wrong. The woman was literally arguing with my friend on what he got when he’s the one that ordered it. I will never recommend this place. A Burned Out Star...

Fiesta restaurant in Fort Worth, Texas. Once was may absolute favorite place to get a breakfast burrito. Now for whatever reason has lost everything that made this a wonder experience. My struggles go on and on the past two years with this establisment. It started two years ago when they changed their opening time. I used to go in and ive always ordered the same thing, breakfast burrito with bacon, and potato. It has ALWAYS included bacon, potato, egg, and cheese. ALWAYS so large it is cut in half. It was always to most wonderful burrito you could sink your teeth into. I have driven out of my way to get one only to find out that the hours posted on the internet and outside of their building are wrong(they have even changed these hours again). I even drove up there to see the owner sweeping outside their door after many attempts to call only for him to tell me they are not opened yet 15 minutes after the time posted in their window. Today they were open but now its a whole new issue. I called three times and on the third call i get an answer YAY! I order a breakfast burrito with potato and bacon. I go into the restaurant that literally had 3 tables of customers. Pay for my burrito with my mouth watering, get home open the box, to see something atleast a quarter of the size smaller, no salsa, not cut in half. I cut into the burrito to discover that there is no egg, there is no cheese. How am i supposed to eat this with no salsa?? Then i proceeded to call over and over and over at least 10 times to have Monica(the young lady that took my order) answer the phone. Guess she was busy with those three tables that i witnessed had plates on their tables when i was there 15 minutes prior. I then told her that ive been going there for years and have always ordered the same way. She proceeded to argue with me in a rude manner saying thats what i ordered. Is this now the only establishment that i have to order each individual item that is going on my burrito? Im done with this place. It has cost me at least 5 of their breakfast burritos worth of gas when not open acording to the hours they post. Now rude waitresses, screwed up orders, and none of that delicious hot salsa. 2.5 Stars. First off, the food was very good! The reason for the low score is the absolute lack of any type of reasonable service I attended a birthday party in a private room in the back. There were over thirty of us. There were two waitresses who had no service skills. There were no chips and salsa readily available without a very long extended wait. There was no one readily available to refill drinks and the service was just absolutely horrible. The food was served incorrectly. Our large amount of plates on each table had to be stacked up, because the waitresses never removed them. We had to eat the birthday desserts, in and around our dirty stacked dishes. The tortillas were brought out separately and left unattended and were served cold, instead of WITH the intended hot plate ordered. It seems like everything went wrong and they couldn't get our checks correct or some of the food items correct on some checks. I did enjoy my food when it finally arrived. However, I would never return there again because the service was so poor and I felt like we were overlea tipped because of our large party and got horrible service....
