Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Well U-All this place is just like all others fast food places the cook prepare the food at their place just one way without looking at the monitor without looking at how they want customer food to come to them and how they requested their food to be and sure enough I did not get what I had ordered. My order I didn't want no cheese on any of my food and lo and behold what they do they put cheese on three of the things that didn't even come with cheating in the first place for example I got a mini jumbo Jack it came with cheese I got a regular jumbo Jack which I didn't even order come with cheese and then I got tacos mini tacos loaded and I didn't even order that. You person that I spoke to when I went back to the place said they were sorry but they gave me the wrong order like I told them it didn't seem to be the wrong order cuz I did order a mini gumbo Jack I did order a mini classic tacos and I did order a regular jumbo guy but not with cheese on them I can't stand cheese it makes me highly sick can't stand to taste of it I'm sorry but that's just me I don't tell everybody else that they should hate it or they shouldn't like it but when I tell them three times when I order it that I don't want cheese on anything for example I ordered three breakfast jacks they come with cheese but I canceled the cheese on it and I didn't get cheese on them so tell me what the...

I came through this Drive-thru at 9:43 PM after a long day and ordered almost $40 in food when I bit into my burger and started to chew I had the longest piece of hair in my burger ruined my entire appetit. When I returned to the window the employees laughed examine the burger for about 5 mins to say I don't see hair on it Ray Charles could have seen the hair on the Burger which was a Ultimate Bacon Cheese Burger I was gonna let them remake it before the black man came from the back laughing with the girls at the front pulling his hat off rubbing his head like it was a joke well just like they was at work I had a long work day was hungry and felt nothing was funny also the girls nails long enough to comb somebody hair with and not only did I leave like I arrived hungry but with less money because I was told the register was closed when this a 24 hours store and my food wasn't remade made the fries that had came with the meals was ice cold like the fact I have been a regular customer at this store during the day time and never had this problem the whole night shift needs to be fired suspension because the behavior was unacceptable and very unprofessional I'm very very disappointed I will not be back and will not recommend my friends and family and my family very big not to ever come to...

Ordered a jumbo jack with cheese, fries, drink on the way to appt. 5 minutes away. Took 1 bite, meat and cheese had funny taste, bun slightly luke warm! Opened burger up & the patty was dried & shriveled up with a strange color, uuuuuugh! Fries just as bad, they were also cold and brown! Had to rush back to Jackinthebox, Mgr told me I didn't purchase from them! I had to argue with him and the girl on the window and prove it hadn't been 5 minutes! He then tells the lady cooking in spanish to make a fresh burger. There was a very long line in the drive thru and inside was crowded. They spent 22 minutes remaking my food while being rude, unprofessional and playing around! While waiting for my remake I wasn't the only person that received BAD FOOD and VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WILL NOT GO BACK! I walked out left my remade food. You served Nasty Cold and old food the 1st time why would I eat it after that! I went to Griffs Burgers where it was made fresh hot and better service!
