Happy Nails — Local services in Fort Worth

I’m a First time customers who went here based on Google reviews but I will never go again. The staff were kind, courteous and quick and if my experience was based on strictly that they would probably get five stars however, based on the service two thumbs down. I asked for coffin shaped nails, but I’m not sure what I got. The shaping is horrible and she cut my finger really bad with the file, I began bleeding pretty bad, after the tech seen the blood, she proceeded to try to stop the bleeding with a towel full of acrylic dust and I had to stop her from doing that, but she should know better, I had to ask for antiseptic, and it burned so bad (expected), but the bleeding continued and she proceeded to try to put nail glue over the blood in an attempt to stop the bleeding. No money was taken off of service. All I received was an apology and likely an affected nail. I paid $10 for rhinestones on two nails, and not even 12 hours later half of the rhinestones had fallen off, so in short I am going to get these rhinestones replaced this morning(free of charge) and I hope there are no problems but after yesterdays visit , they will never get any of my money. was this place horrible? no, but i probably won't be coming back. this past week has been extremely busy and i needed a place to get last minute acrylic and gel set. my friend recommended this place and i had high hopes. i am very sensitive around my cuticle area on my hands and toes. when i was getting my hands done, the nails kept filing extremely close to my cuticles and i'm surprised i wasn't bleeding. she left a mess underneath the nail and i had the nail glue all over my fingers. as for my feet, the lady was very nice but she did too much w cutting the side of my nails. i have never had someone dig so much into the side of my nails and if i get an ingrown, i won't be surprised. if you are very picky about getting cut and aren't too fond about the risk of an ingrown, i'd probably avoid this place. they were nice up to the point when they heard a lady complaining to me about her nails. your best bet is getting your nails done with the andy gentlemen that everybody is recommending instead of...

If Lucy does your nails she is going to Up charge you. Make sure you have a clear understanding of what you are being charged for basically she just Stole money from me. I paid her for service and she didn’t do them I will not let her perform another service on me. She steals and is a hief in my eyes. Make sure you also ask to see the technician license before they perform and pedicure or any services because I know for fact half of the providers in this shop is not licensed.
