China Express — Restaurant in Fort Worth

So when there's no time for cooking we always go to this place. Yesterday I went and placed a to go order. Once I got home, there was a fly in my rice!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was disgusted and quickly called and the owner said he would give my money back, so I went back. When I got there he looked through the food and told me he would only give me a refund for the rice. His reason was because all the other food was already gone, I explained to him that my family of 5 was eating as well, and I saw the fly when I was practically done with my rice so that's why I was so disgusted! :( He was rude and was mad because I wanted ALL my money back, and one of the workers there told me "hey bring all the food back and then we can give you your money back" and I said How if my family was eating!? why are you being so rude? would you like a Fly in your food? and the worker answered "Yes I don't care, I'll eat the fly, they are delicious!" I was so upset and demanded my refund, after arguing for about 5 minutes with the big tall Chinese man (owner), he finally gave me a refund and I told I think I deserve an apology too! and he yelled at me "Fu** you!!"

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TRASHY PLACE UNLESS YOU LIKE FLIES IN YOUR FOOD and RUDE...

Ive been eating at this place for like 10 years. Their food is GREAT. The prices are GREAT. the girls who work there dont last long. But they are sweet and fast paced workers, and GREAT ☺ Looks like the boss has a hard time with finding the perfect mexican girl to work there. Anywhay uh the structure of the building needs to be fixed up a bit. The bathroons are often dirty the flies are everywhere. But we've got to forgive them. I actually found one in the food today after i had placed and paid my order. It was in one of the little trays with food stuck to a piece of 🍖 meat. buzzing its wings off. Thats the only reason i give them 4 stars. A fly wont kill me. but it is disgusting.😣 Thank god my food was their recently added "family tray" So i know it was freshly cooked. Where do I start, this used to be my go to place but today was my last visit. I have given them chance after chance after chance. They keep going up higher on the prices and down with the quality of food that they serve. The beef in the beef and broccoli used to be so tender, that’s what kept me going back, now it’s so tough all you can do is chew on it and spit it out. Today the beef and broccoli had the strong taste to it that food has right before it spoils. The black pepper chicken was so old it’s not even worth eating, I shouldn’t have even been served this.
