La Nueva de Zacatecas — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Went there last week to finally try a restaurant that sells food from Zacatecas! My family is from Zacatecas and have tried many different foods from many different people and all the food I've tried is so bomb, so delicious 😋 so I was very excited to find out there was a restaurant! I ordered tacos and agordita de puerco. When I received my food I rushed to the car to eat it in the parking lot of the restaurant because there was ño seats to sit for customers inside. 2 of the 4 tacos were only far and grissle and grease, absolutely no meat. The size of the piece of fast was the size of a rat, huge. When I went in to the cook she said that's how tacos de barbacoa we're! I was like Barbacoa has meat not fat. She did not replace any of my food. Then my husband went in, who's from Zacatecas to try and resolve things and got the same result. He also was disgusted! I spent roughly 30 dollars here and it all went straight in the trash. I even threw the part I did try up because it was that disgusting. This is by far the worst and most disgusting place I ever eaten at and as you can see my ratings and reviews...

I was craving burritos 🤰🏼 from here . And The lady that serves the food is very rude and gave me an attitude after i told her the second time she still got it wrong and she told me “you dont know what you want when you know what you want lmk in the meantime i will take the other orders because these people can not wait on you” i told her “ i already told you what i wanted “ and she said “you still have to wait am busy “ when she prepared my burrito she told me “are you ready know if so tell me what you want and dont want “ and was slamming the food on the tortilla and put very little food on it. It seemed like she was doing things on purpose know• And didnt say anything but she still got my order wrong at the end . I understand there busy and they forget but this was the worst customer service and dont plan...

Someone who works .here has stolen my husband's identity, we have proof, restaurant is trying to hide it, we called to tell them about the issue and they hung up on us, we called back and threatened to get the cops involved and they hung up on us again. Careful going here, giving them any information such as credit card or what not could result in identity theft, I would use cash. That's OK though the person will be prosecuted, the trail already led us to this restaurant...
