We placed an online doordash order for two taco plates, the description stated it was an order of four tacos and a side of charro beans. Once we received our order, we noticed the beans were missing so we decided to give the store a call to see if it was a mistake. After speaking to the first person the lady was super nice and was trying to resolve and figure out if it was a mistake or not. Suddenly another girl clearly grabs the phone and has an attitude and tells me that I messed up on my end and it’s not their problem. She stated that the Doordash display of the order of tacos does NOT come with beans, however after trying to calmly explain the situation to her she continued to cut me off and say it was my fault. I understand that there could have been an issue with what Doordash displays and I have no issue with that. However, I do not appreciate being spoken to as if I am dumb for asking a clarifying question in a calm manner, at no point was I being rude with them. The food itself was good, however I am not sure I will be visiting or attending this location because of how disrespectful the second girl was on the phone. As someone who works in customer service, there was absolutely no need to talk to anyone like that for asking a simple question. Below I have attached photos which clearly show that when ordering online it states beans come with the meal, and the only “add beans” option has a separate charge. To Temo’s: Please clarify this issue with DoorDash so that no one has to call the store and deal with a...
Read moreCame to have lunch with my elderly mom today. Our server was kind, but i didn't like that when I asked to trade out my 2 Trompo tacos (they were burnt) , I was still told that they were just grilled and not burnt, so before I decided on asada she told me if I wanted them any less "grilled" that they'd come out raw (obv why i chose asada after) and was also told I should've mentioned it from the beginning (they weren't touched regardless), to top it off they said itd be extra because it was different meat and come to find out they had already charged me all 4 as asada (price is higher) from the very beginning so I didn't understand the problem? & I also found it rude that while I was helping my mom in the restroom they continued to knock on the door just to tell me my tacos were ready.. my moms sincronisada was also burnt and was made of mostly jalapenos. Our chips were stale & when I went to pay my ticket I greeted the lady at the counter and she didn't bother saying a word to me, I then asked for a medium to go box and she continued to give me their smallest, AND to make matters worse she still shorted me $2 in change. Oh & the wait was long for dine in (arrived before 12 and left at 1 something) for 4 tacos and 1 sincronisada. Nonetheless I tipped $10 on a $25 ticket, well more like $12+change from what I was shorted... unfortunately temos isn't what it used to be.. this will be our last time here, I already didn't appreciate the hospitality but the whole knocking on the rr door while I'm helping my...
Read moreI was waiting on them to bring my food out for a to go order, and on top of some pretty rude service my drink of horchata that I spent $3 spilled all over the floor. Because the top wasn't put on right did they offer me another one? Of course not! It's like I'm trying to get anything free they put the top on then gave it to me I took two sips out of it I guess a 1.50 a sip. There are texmex restaurants everywhere here they are a dime a dozen. You can throw a rock in any direction and find another one, so for any business owner that wants you to dine at their and that has a business model that actually has people wanting to return them wanting to eat there you would think customer service would be a top priority on their business model. This restaurant does not have that in mind they nickel-and-dime you for every single thing they can get out of you which understandable is business. Usually when they're doing this they are smiling and being cordial not here apparently. SoundCloud saying there's a literally another taco stand right across the street on the other side of the street but the best one is off of Blue Mound Road and 820 they're really good or nice great customer service and make sure you leave happy and with a full belly and a smile on your face. Don't waste your time at this place unless you like giving money to people that make you feel like they are gracing you with their presence that's how you are...
