McDonald's — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Only like breakfast at Micky Ds.....UPDATE:...as of 04/18/2025 I will no longer be dining at Mc Donalds and let me tell you why, I went through the drive thru on NORTH MAIN STREET to get myself a sausage mcgriddle..quick fast and easy ...well the first one I got had been sitting under a heat lamp for quite some time , it was only about 7ish in the am but hey ok so I parked my car got out and went inside to show them the mcgriddle and get a fresh one , the lady who served me inside the store said after she looked at my mcgriddle, oh yes I'm so sorry let me get you a fresh one I said ok thank you she asked the ppl in the back to get me a fresh one they pop it in the bag and I say thank you and proceed to get in my car to leave , before I even start my car I opened the sandwich and it was once again hard...all the way around both pancakes...so I get back in line I go through the drive through explain yet again and I tell the lady at the window I just want a fresh one ..twice they've given me a hard mcgriddle I just want a fresh one, the lady shuts the window ..I wait maybe a minute and a young kid comes to the window and tells me that's how they come that they're made that way, I'm not a idiot btw...so I ask him do you eat hard pancakes? do you eat hard pancakes sir? he closes the window I'm not leaving, next the MANAGER comes and asks me the problem I tell him and he tells the girl to give me back my money and that I need to leave his store! of course I wont go back but I have a loyal following of friends neighbors persons at my company and when I'm done they wont go back there either...I DONT CARE WHAT SIDE OF THE STREET your on MCDONALDS was always warm caring friendly and safe, and now I can say with all honesty THATS JUST NOT TRUE. so due to this horrible experience I'm going to from this point going forward take a hard pass on mcdonalds on NORTH MAIN STREET IN FORT WORTH...

You all have very bad Customer service at night, your workers don’t want to work. They hide from the customer, play like they are closed. Until you drive up at the drive through window, I told them what I wanted and he took my order, I paid and waited on my order. Almost 10 minutes and when the young lady gave me my drinks, I had two orders but when she gave me my two drinks, one was full and the other one was not, so I ask her will she fill-up my other drink with soda. She said okay, I guess she thought I couldn’t see her, instead of her going too the drink station she bend down and put ice in my drink instead of soda. And when she gave me my food, my food was cold, not fresh like I ask the guy who took my order. He said I will make sure your food is fresh and hot. I am a regular customer , But I don’t think I will be regular anymore. Normally they would take great care of me if I ask them. But when I got off from work at around 3am they didn’t seem like they wanted to work. Just bad, customer service ——— I call them, they wouldn’t even answer the phone , I call 5 times, I know I saw at least three people in there before I left McDonald. —They are sorry at night they don’t care about the customers. They are making McDonald look bad too regular customer that give you guys a’lot of business. And this is not the first time either. I didn’t say anything the first time, now I wish I had. Because I was really hungry, this time. I hate too say it, but —— y’all food taste very bad, when it’s cold, fry’s especially, couldn’t eat it. No matter how hungry I was. I will see you guys, in the morning, too talk to your Manager about last night— we’ll morning, I bought 2 meals, — you pay your money and get lousy food & Customer service at night — that’s what happened when you hire people that just want a check, and don’t...

I ordered mc chicken double cheeseburger French fries and a sweet tea I added a cup of Buffalo sauce at the end of my order because I like to put the Buffalo sauce on my mc chicken. I know this mcdonalds charges for sauce if you don't have nuggets. So I pull up to window and paid then pulled to the second windows to get my food .looked in the bag for my sauce and it wasn't in the bag so I Politely asked for Buffalo sauce. I told her it was supposed to be in there. So the girl is working at the window. Waiting got her manager as the manager came over there and asked me what kind of sauce I had. I said Buffalo and she goes well. It should be in there and I said it's not in here. You can look and I handed her the bag back and she looks in it. She says oh, that's because you've got 2 sandwiches in here and we don't give sauce out with sandwiches only nuggets and I said I added it to my order. Then she said we'll she didn't charge you for it. I said Well, okay.I'll pay for but I still need the Buffalo sauce.She was very rude. Then on top of that when I ate my Chicken Sandwich, it tastes like it had been cooked in old grease and then the fries were soggy. I will never go back to this...
