McDonald's — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Just left, we ordered 3 $5 meals. They gave us everything but the fries, now you know the main reason people go to McDonalds is for the fries. Anywho, we stood at the last drive through window for a while blowing the horn because no one was coming. My husband ended up calling them to let them know we were at the window. They were laughing and playing upon answering the phone which let's us know they probably are not paying attention to the order before handing it off. Finally, someone came to the window and handed us a bag with the fries. We asked if it was 3 in the bag and she asked for our receipt as if we were lying. Luckily, it was 3 in the bag, but then she proceeded to tell us the lady on the phone said she was called the B word! A complete lie!!! We told her we don't even use that language, and furthermore the situation of missing fries doesn't mean someone needs to be called out their name. I don't know how most people are, but we don't disrespect anyone handling our food whether at a drive through or sitting down at a restaurant. They claimed she must've misunderstood... I haven’t had an issue with the food yet, but I’ve gone there 2 times, and have seen the employees leave early every time. Online, it says they are 24/7 and since they just opened, I thought I would try it out. The first time I visited them, it was later at night around 2 AM. As I was pulling into the parking lot, I saw an employee rush into his car and he drove off shortly after seeing us attempting to go through the drive thru. I decided to give them another chance since maybe they were short staffed and it was late at night. Tonight, I went at midnight, and saw three employees this time leaving at the same time as I pulled into the drive thru. On the app, it also said they were serving breakfast only which was also inaccurate when we saw the drive thru screens. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! This place absolutely never has hot food or fresh food during the day or night but we thought we'd give it a try as soon as lunch started being sold today because it has to have been just cooked right? Ummm, no and i have never been so disgusted. How in the hell can you possibly have just started selling lunch food and the bread is stale and the meat ice cold and cheese unmelted? Sloppily put together and impossibly up to food safety codes!! Im reporting this location because i feel so sick already from the bite i took of this ice cold food.
